It depends on the geographical location of the clicks coming from but the minimum you can earn with 10 clicks with this service is $12-$15.
That is the minimum (when the geographical locations are mixed).
If you only target clicks from U.S, Canada, Australia the earnings for 10 clicks will be well over $25.
and yes.. the clicks are not anything from bots or proxies. These visitors are completely traceable on your google analytics.
They are visitors who are genuinely interested in your site (as you have to provide keywords for your website & describe your website), who are also providing 'click' services.

Yes the rate per click depends very much on the geographical location of the incoming clicks. I usually make it 6.5:3.5.
This means 65% of the clicks will be coming from first world countries & the rest will be from other countries.
You can choose to get clicks only from first world countries, or a specific country as well.

As a matter of fact, this is the exact reason why I am selling really small amounts first. For people to test it out and check the legitimacy of this service.
The issue here is that invalid clicks, even in small numbers, can get you banned. Do you have previous clients that will vouch?
