As I said, the company is Cloud Mining Website. Their website is www.cloudmining.website. They do not have a place to type the amount. Then I would not have been trapped like this. They have 2 drop down. One from 1-9 another from 10 Ghs to 10 Ths. As far as I can remember, I selected 2 correctly, but instead of 10 Ghs, I selected 10 Ths before clicking on order button. Hence the current problem.

Ok. I think I understand your problem. You must have a credit card linked to your cloudmining account. As you tried to make payment, you accidentally selected another premium option which requires you to pay more. Hence the funds amount to 20btc which get sourced from your credit card. You have two way. Immediately call up the website and told them you want to cancel as it was not your intention to get the package. Or, get advice from your credit card company on how to proceed further with this. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Lol. What?

Since when you can use credit card to pay in bitcoins? Read the previous posts, OP posted blockchain tx id.
He already contacted customer support and is waiting for decision.

Show proof of your order to us not the blockchain transaction. Everybody can just can copy any transaction and open a story here. We are not dumb enough to just belive of what people say. Screenshot the order from the website

His order is real, Cloud Mining Company acknowledged his refund request:

http://forum.cloudmining.website/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=42

But, as Kotwica666 mentioned above, it might be just PR stunt pulled by CMC themselves.

Last night I have sent out 20 BTC by mistake. How do I revert/cancel the transaction ?

You can't cancel transaction. You should find out who own the address you send and ask him or beg him send back.
Good luck and careful next time

Send a customer support email. Don't get your hopes up though. Most probably the coins are gone forever. I bet you wouldn't stand close to a bottle of booze without flinching now.

20 BTC is a big loss even now.

Any hint if he managed to get it back?

I will take my chances and says he didn't , since the CloudMining.website  user didn't login since 26 January => https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cloud-mining-379594 , So unless they answered him on their website I guess he didn't sort it out .

unfortunately there is no way to cancle and/or return the sent bitcoin unless the recipient gives it back to you willingly. and i suggest you handle 6000$ while sober!

bitcoin transactions can't be reversed, when it sent then it means its actually sent and can't be refunded
the only option is ask the receiver to send it back to you if you know that person

btw you entered wrong address while sending the money or payment amount was misstyped

You can't cancel the transaction
If you know the recipient, you can appeal to his or her goodwill

Overview for cloudmining.website:
Registered On    October 14, 2014

Registrant Contact Information:
    Name: WhoisGuard Protected
    Organization: WhoisGuard, Inc.
    City: Panama
    State: Panama
    Zip: 00000
    Country: PA

It's a new website and their WHOIS is protected... not good...

Here is their account here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cloud-mining-379594

Try PMing them, though if you ask me the website looks like it might be a scam...

I agree that the lack of contact info is a red flag, protected WHOIS info isn't necessarily a sign of something bad. I add privacy
settings to most of the domains I own simply because I don't want a bunch of random strangers knowing where I live.

I do that too. The problem I had is there were no contact details whatsoever, none on the WHOIS, none on the website, which is a big red flag.

Sent 20BTC by mistake?! Thats the biggest mistake i'll nvr forget.

This is hardly believeable.  OP knows about blockchain.info and has 20 BTC or more but doesn't know that bitcoin transactions aren't reversible?  From the FAQ on blockchain.info:

What is a Bitcoin address?

A Bitcoin address is a unique identifier which allows you to receive Bitcoins. With PayPal you send funds to an email address, and similarly with Bitcoin you send funds to a Bitcoin address. For example, this is one of our Bitcoin addresses:  1JArS6jzE3AJ9sZ3aFij1BmTcpFGgN86hA

Please verify that you have copied the destination address exactly before sending Bitcoins to it.   Bitcoin transactions are not reversible!
