The hard cap doesn't mean anything, it's not a goal to reach it with this ETH price, there's no soft cap, the startup is funded. The higher raised amount "only" means faster growth for the project. If nothing spectacular happens then it won't be very high market cap cause it will be relatively low max supply.

It is very good that this is how the circumstances develop and the ETH has grown so much, for the project this means an unequivocally good future in which they can be sure.If ethereum increases in value it lowers the ratio of ETH to other tokens which makes exchanging ETH for other tokens more favorable so generally as ETH increases it should increase the value of its tokens but it is hard to say whether a success of ethereum will directly impact token prices.

I am also waiting for the official announcement of sether if they are going to open a bounty campaign, but if they already got a lot of popularity in social medias then I think it will be not possible now for the bounty campaign. Let's just wait and see.

You're right dude, we need this project to be faster and cheaper micro-payments system which rely on the blockchain to correctly validate transactions, preventing data from being altered. A supporting oracle service must have security standards aligned with the blockchain it supports. Great and amazing project!
