I prefer to buy ethereum especially now that the value price at the market is at low. Ethereum is the best of all altcoins as a matter fact it dominates altcoins for many years because ethereum is dependable. Ethereum goes stronger as years pass by, many people trust ethereum because of it's technology that are very useful. Ethereum is very profitable best is in long term investment, just hold it longer later it will give you a good profits.

I am also a believer of ETH and I think it could happen but it will take time. Now, that the market is bearish, we should stay cool and hold our ETH while waiting for the right time it will again rise.
