I have gone through some articles about DOGE's future price and I got some 50-50 opinions. I discussed with my friend and he suggested me to hold till mid-2021, I can't say why till mid-2021.
It's true that many sites have started accepting DOGE, thus it is getting popular so there is a chance that the price may increase. Still, my knowledge says there are certain loopholes like there is no upper limit in mining DOGE and it is still much easier to mine compared to others. Doge is nit worth holding in my eyes, even its founder said that it is a meme coin with no real use cases intended. Selling bitcoins and changing to doge is a bad idea to me. I think BTC has more prospects for its future than doge.
If talking about usages, Bitcoin is far superior than Doge, selling your bitcoin and invest with doge is very risky as chance to experienced
downfall is very high, bitcoin is continuing to dominate the market.

Presently selling bitcoin for dogecoin would be a terrible idea, cause bitcoin is pumping massively right now and dumping it for dogecoin that is just stable at 28sats you will definitely miss out on the huge pump happening in bitcoin, but if your mind is already made up its okay, after all the decision is yours to make, I just hope you make the right one you won't end up regretting later.
Converting your Btc to Doge just because of hike in transaction fees is a terrible idea, it's not advisable to hodl Dogecoin, the only meaningful thing anyone could do with doge is for making payment since it has a lesser commission fee. My only advice for you is to get Tezos and IOTA and hodl and watch them sprint come 2021
You are converting BTC to DOGE just because you feel that transaction cost of bitcoin is higher? It seems you care about the value of the assets more than its utility so why you are concerned about the transaction costs.
Doge is a decent coin and it was created as fun project so you can add that coin into your portfolio as one of the coin not as the only coin.

It's not a good idea to bet on Dogecoin instead of Bitcoin. I wouldn't do that. I somehow kept Doge for a very long time, waiting for it to rise in price, now I don't want to mess with it. Use as a means of payment in small trade, yes, it is a good tool, but nothing more.
dogecoin is not the best coin for the holding because it has unlimited supply. sometime Mask pumps this coin but it does not mean that he will do this all the time. dogecoin is good for money transfers because of low comission.

Why not just use this for gambling as there are many sites who accepts Dogecoin since this is only 500 coins and the Value is too cheap.Maybe In gambling you can Double this or more?

because I am not very familiar with DOGE so I never buy or plan to HOLD in the long term but if you have done a lot of research and already believe in DOGE then you can HOLD and also sell all the BTC you have. but is lol

I will hold the doge coin because I don't think we have to think about the future of the doge coin. Doge Coin is working on its own team so I think Doge Coin can make a good profit in the future. Do you have any other reasons besides value? 2.2 USD is not a bad amount if you get it for free, but if you look at the very slow price movements of Dogecoin, I would prefer you to hold other coins rather than keep them in Dogecoin,maybe you can store it in litecoin, the price of litecoin is going up so fast, I am sure that at least 2.2 USD will be 5 USD.
Compared to the price of doge by the month of November right now we've got a massive rise in the price. The market has turned bullish, but how long it stabilize is unpredictable. Holding at the moment is a good choice, but if there is some form of variation we need to be ready with alternate plans. In my view doge is a long term holding asset.
