Did you contact their support yet? Seems like something went wrong but I doubt you are getting scammed. They are pretty responsive on Twitter so you could contact them on there.

3 hours after the situation I send them support request #72326 and got only automatic email answer.
Now it has allready passed

By the way I sent request at the same time to Exodus wallet support and they answered very fast - after 30 min (not automatic), tried to calm me down and explained the situation. They said "our exchange partner ShapeShift didn't send your Litecoins correctly. They will send your funds manually as soon as they can solve it. You don't need to worry. They are extremely responsive and professionals. Let me know when you hear back from them, please."
That is a high level support! They covered your ass, ShapeShift! Shame on you! Waiting for answer!
Update №1:after 56 hours I finally got an answer in support ticket (I think after I posted here and Twitter):
You've been queued for a manual push payment of the LTC. You'll receive a TXID and confirmation as soon as it is batch processed. Thanks for using ShapeShift!
and on Twitter - to check my ticket for reply.
So now I am waiting... I will post if something changes.
Update №2:after 85 hours I finally got my LTC.
As ShapeShipt support said - you should not open copy of request about same problem and
you should not comment your own opened ticket since this will reset its place in the queue. If you follow these recommendations ticket will be handled in 48 hours, 72 hours max.
