Funds lost!
Sent funds 39 hours ago. BTC -> ETH transaction. It hung for 12 hours, then I wrote to support.
Got message something like bla-bla-bla, there's too much users and we'll respond.
Still no funds, no refund and still no response

I have received 2 automatic generated, shitty messages (i guess, sent to everybody) that i should have my funds on my ETH wallet.
ETH wallet is empty, BTC wallet is empty.

On June 16, I wrote to the support service of Shapeshift and there is still no answer, although it is written that requests are processed within 72 hours. Shapeshift took my money, but did not make an exchange. I quote the text of the message that I wrote in support.

"Hello! I sent 1 ether through your service to receive wings. The dispatch status shows - it's ready. But when I switch to etherscan to see the hash of the application, it says that there was an error. On the balance sheet, the wins did not appear either. Do not tell me what's the matter?

Hello, i made 2 seperate Bitcoin transactions through Shapeshift.io (BTC -> ETH). Combined value: ~ $8500 (3.182 BTC)
I have not received ETH and any refund. It is like 2 days now and i even have not received any answer to my ticket (59544).
What is most interesting, funds from their BTC addresses were moved!
It is about $8500 so i should have answer from them after 5 minutes with apologies. Instead of that i have been waiting for 2 days and NOTHING!

You will definitely get an answer, but I'll admit that support moves slower than you'd like when you have a lot of money sitting in limbo. It's happened to me with over 100 Ethereum. I will say that they ended up making everything right in the end but it was a super stressful process.
I'm sure support is being inundated by support tickets with prices going up so much on alt coins lately. I don't think they prioritize tickets by the amount of money being traded but it would certainly feel better if they did.
2 days seems extraordinarily long though. Have you tried private messaging the ShapeShift rep here?

Ok, shapeshifter responded back to me and returned my Ethereum that didn't go through with their exchange. Too bad it took 48 hours though. If it was a large amount of money I would be shitting bricks and I would be pissed as Hell. Changelly's exchange was working fine though, so I would have to recommend them over Shapeshifter.
I have used this service yesterday and today. It has gotten progressively worse, but from what I am hearing it is due to things beyond shapeshift's control. That's fine. The problem is that the customer service is slow to respond back. We'll see....

just shapeshifted 0.6 ETH into btc, when the confirm sign showed up it said i will receive 0.06 BTC, and only 0.058 showed up in the wallet

It would be great if additional coins were added to the shapeshift mobile app for iphone. Can anyone from Shapeshift staff comment here on the process of getting additional coins approved be able to be shifted through the mobile app?

BTC is taking forever to confirm right now because of all the traffic. I actually waited all day on my last shift from Ethereum to bitcoin for it to ultimately fail in completing the trade. ShapeShift ended up sending the BTC but now I wish I would have just got a refund of my ether LOL.
Haven't shifted again since but does the website allow you to manually increase the fee?
Can shapeshift.io please add zcoin to the available services? Zcash is on there but I don't see an option for zcoin. I mean on the website, not the mobile app for iPhone.
