This scam company is showing my 5 days old funds as "awaiting deposit" while the price of Ripple is going higher and higher.

I wish i had checked the tons of similar complaints out there before i went on to use their service. Such criminals should have no place in the crypto world.

I don't recommend shapeshift for exchange , already 2 weeks passed and still awaiting exchange . XRP went from 1.2 to 3.8 and my transaction is still awaiting exchange. I contacted support team but with no reply for my 10 messages !!!! What the hell am I supposed to do ?!!

96 hours without support is unacceptable. I wish they had sorted themselves out and put their customers first !

Yes slow support is totally unacceptable. ShapeShift does turn over hundreds of millions of dollars worth of crypto per annum so surely they can afford to provide a better standard of customer services. Even though they make a small percentage of profit per transaction, it adds up to be plenty.
