This is actually good that you pointed this out not like most casino will hide behind their T&C and will advice people to make use of VPN to by pass the restriction. But this leave me to this question.
What about those who are from countries which are not mentioned among your restricted countries from playing in your casino let me take (Nigeria for example) people from here are allowed to play and use the service but as a gambler who want to hide his privacy I mean protect his location can such person make use of Tor and be safe as they can still prove that they are from a none restricted country through KYC proceedings.
This goes the same as using a VPN and will be at your own risk. We won't be held responsible for any issues you may encounter.

Thanks for the clarification, it got little confused and I believe others should have also had the same question.
People are privacy conscious most times and they can make mistake by just trying to hide their location from being known.
