Right because its also hard to say anything on a casino if we didn't experience on how they serve their gamblers. If we experience bad to them then that is the time where we should ignore or even say that I'm done with it and will not play on this casino anymore. But since they are new for sure there's a lot of improvement will happen so for now I much better if we should give a chance to new casino business starting up their business since somehow it contribute good to this community especially if they compete with other reputable casino. Sherbet forum representative is active in this thread so they can provably ask this question directly to them and currently we can see them being so nice telling that they are willing to help him in this case.

Also its good that he reached out here to question about that situation and didn't create new account then play since he avoids the multi account issues which is currently happened to other so its good to communicate with them so they would know that account created before has not been used so they can either block it totally on their system.

Not good to listen to people telling its ok since they don't know the real situation since they will just put him at huge risk of getting huge errors in future.
