That's why it called shit LOL. If you want to invest you must know which one is better. Do your own research and analysis before invest on some coin. Search for any event that can be boost the value of the coin etc.
I have to come realize that because someone made huge profit from a newly listed coin or a shitcoin doesn't mean it will go the same way of profit for you.
I had bought some few shitcoins and newly listed coins that were making some waves, those coins are currently a shadow of their entering prices. I should have left my money in bitcoin instead of gambling with my bitcoin and end up been burnt. Some of these project have technical issues, which I think will end up killing the project.
We can always play safe with bitcoin/fiat or bitcoin/USDT or just leaving our holdings in good altcoins rather than getting on a rat race chasing shitcoins for possible Lambo, which in effect will lead to wrecking and regretting.
I agree we cant make fortune by simply investing on Shitcoins . But there lots of low cap alternative currencies exist for long term you can choose working platform instead of following dumpers and pumpers . There is lots of working products altcoins available you have to choose better one .It required lots of research and dedication. You can make profit from it only if the shitcoins is pre developed by its company, You can say after its fully development the price will aggressively increased at any moment. Only you will fall unto the category of disappointment if you did not get to research on what coins are you holding. There's no way you can make a huge profit on a shitcoins that never developed anymore.
Its hard to tell whats shit and what isnt. I have Obelisks mining Siacoin , it sells for 42 satochis . Is it a shit coin ? I did ok with Ubiq and Decred when I had GPU rigs, are they shit ? Monacoin was good to me as well. Are any of these on the " Top Ten " or even 20 ?

Shit coins will always disappoint you? I think if you think that some coins are bad that makes you disappoint because of the very low price of it although you wait for some pump up of it your the wrong here, because if you know that it is a shit coin you must not hold it and sell it immediately to avoid heavy losses that you may get and I think that was the better way for you to do. Or if you really want to earn money by those shit coins that you have, you can used it to play some cryptocurrency games so that your shit coins will have some credibility and because of that shit coins you have it will help you to earn money.

You are right, some pumps are usually done and suddenly in the next 1 year we only realize that developers have left their projects and we hoard a lot of shitcoin. we must be careful to choose our investment.

Investing in altcoins is definitely riskier than buying just bitcoin and hold until it goes up. If you want to maximize your profit, allocate your resources into different baskets. Waiting for the moon alone is so tiring that you need something to do in order to not become idle. If you dont want that kind of risk and play safe then stick to bitcoin and wait. I hope you have enough patience to do that.
Shitcoins bump and dump is of fluke, most of the time it gets accidentally when none were expecting. When you find something as a shitcoin the right thing to do is keep holding with a mind to accept loss, and if something good happens you might get good out of it. There is nothing as disappointing, because with shitcoins already you know the result and to try the luck you can invest.

Some shitcoins do really well in a bull run, especially when a crazy investor takes a punt on a random coin or a pump and dump group decides to use it for a ponzi pump
Your considered to be lucky when that happens to you and you should act fast . Sell all the sh8tcoins that you have because its expected that a sh8tcoin wont recover anymore after they pumped hard
Understanding a bad or good asset is rather relative, if you know why you are taking this or that asset, and you are ready to lose it, why not take the risk. If the possible gain is several times higher than the stake
