Go for bitcoin it is better than any other coin. It if good to be a stakeholder in multiple choice of investment but your question does not give room for multiple investment. In that case go for the most used coin.
the fundamental coins that we should purchase are the main bitcoin and we can purchase at any cost. what's more, we can purchase any coins but to purchase litecoin on the grounds that litecoin can increment higher for quite a while. be that as it may, until further notice, I believe it's smarter to purchase bitcoin first in light of the fact that the cost can increment in whenever so we don't miss a decent time to offer and make a benefit.

if I will buy litecoin, even though the price also drops but I think the risk of loss is less than with bitcoin. for now I still avoid bitcoin because I see the price movement in the market I become afraid.

It's totally depend on your choice. But if you want to get much more profits then I recommend you to invest on Litecoin. Cause Bitcoin is a stable coin and you can't gain much profits by invest on it. So litecoin is the best choice.BTC or Litecoin!

Bitcoin is a must-have coin for all so make sure to get it first before any other coin. Litecoin price trend follows bitcoin closely and outperforms it handily due to its low marketcap so good to have some litecoin too.
I can't even compare them. That would be unfair. I think they don't belong in the same league.
