If your buy position has yield profit for you already then you can sell and if you notice that it is right time to buy and you have some money then you can go ahead and buy more. Although which ever way, it is up to you Man.

You should hold it and be patient, because the value, I think, will increase after winter and the price of cryptocurrency will go up.
I would not advise selling NEO and Litecoin because there are forcasts with a good growth of these coins. But I’m not sure about other coins
Hold it, if you have already invest in cryptocurrencies and you are afraid now, then you should rest for a while from investing, just wait for a high exchanging and sell what you have. Then if you receive good profit and then try to invest again.

I suggest to buy first, because the price now dumping. You gonna sell it in the right time, even when you wait for long months just to sell it in high value so you cannot waste your coins. Just believe that it will goes up and sell your coin.

My account has dropped 4 times in a month too but after all I still hold, and did not sell any kind of coin. Because i think it will uptrend when product of coin i hold release 
don't panic and sell and hodl instead, is the right thing to do during times dumps and dips. this is a time for buying and hodling. keep your investments till year end o till their prices rise in the next quarter. crypto currencies are really volatile and unpredictable that is we need great amount of patience here. let us be optimistic since its still 1st quarter of the year, a lot will happen in the 3rd and 4th quarters of the year.
if you have excess funds, I would propose buying the top 10 coins like BTC and ETH and NEO and Cardano etc.
But if you are already feeling jittery and not secure about the future, then dun do anything and walk away from the markets and come back in a month or 2.

its better to buy more now because it is more cheaper than it usual and also once the price go back it will return to its normal price and you can get more profits onto it
at this point there is a tough fight going between the bulls and bears in crypto market. let us keep calm the last week of this month to make a decision to buy more or sell and buy back later. If You are already in loss , I mean no point of selling.

You must stand it with certainty and do not panic. What happens now is normal. Stop chasing the coins that make you rich overnight to make yourself a solid portfolio with coins / evidence that has great teams, great products, impacts in industry and markets. the best thing to do now is HODL your coins. At least until the end of March.
You should first see the current price and price before. Suppose the price is very cheap you better buy it now and hold some time. Then just sell, maybe you will benefit.
I dont think ill be telling something different than the other ppl but buying more and holding is the best option now just until the crypto recovers
if the price was low why not buy more if you trust that ICO and it will raise it more than it used before but if you don't trust it any longer why not sell it and invest it to other ICO
I will save and buy more, because I know the future bitcoin price will be higher than this month, and I will wait for the price to go up and I will sell it, so we will get many benefits.
