For long term you can hold , in a few year it can make another historical rise,
for mid-term you can hold , you can be sure it will be higher or lower but i dont think it will go way below todays price,
for short -term you can sell and wait it to drop a litte and buy, but if you are not good daytrader you should hold again. You may mis something no need to risk.

Just wait, it makes no sense to sell your bitcoin at the moment, the best thing that you can do is just to wait a little bit longer until the market recovers more

This can only be done by yourself because money is your own. According to you said you bought bitcoin in March last year, and then sold half the BTC at the end of last year. I figured your money has already been taken out, and the BTC in your wallet is all zero cost. In conclusion, my suggestion is holding.

Yeah clearly you're overthinking it because of all of the negativity being spread around about dips becoming drops becoming crashes or whatever. If you're at a comfortable level that hasn't caused you any harm, then sit down and chill out. There's no need to panic because the market is taking a break from a huge leap from last year. It needs to rebalance itself once again. Who know what will happen next, it could go higher, or just make a half-hearted run up and get stuck in a range.

Don't worry and panic in this setback, don't show your panic by selling low, being patient and holding and don't forget to relax, the market will definitely go up and have a high price.

I bought some bitcoin in March 2017, sell half of it in Dec 2017 and hodl the other half since then. The current downward trend seem to last for a very long time and I'm quite upset about it. What do you guys think? Should I hodl or sell all my BTC now?
According to me, You should retain it because I believe that it will recreate history i.e it will hit $20k at the end of the year . But if you are in urgent need of money , then I suggest you to sell it ,but if their is no such emergency ,you should retain it until it reaches its peak. On the other aspect it might fall downwards ,so don't worry, Let economy decides.
I think he should not be disappointed, he made a lot of money when he sold half in December (at the time of the best bitcoin price). Now hold or sell are not affected, we should know enough.

If I were you, then I would be patient and holding the bitcoin that I have in this decline, holding bitcoin is better than selling loss, because bitcoin will not forever fall but can increase again.

Hold and don't sell, the market is currently not as good as in 2017, currently the price of bitcoin is falling very low, but the market can certainly recover and stabilize again.

It is only because of the recent news that the BTC took such a severe hit
BTC was on its way to recovery but obviously that has been hampered for now.
I strongly suggest that you continue holding on to your bitcoin and do not change your investment objectives.
Market will eventually recovery once we enter the last quarter. Keep fingers crossed and stay strong.

You have sold it in part at that time and it would be better to keep hodl it, be patient to wait for the market to recover well in the future, but if you are sure you can buy some alts or tokens that have high potential in the near future. That way you can still take advantage of them if you are sure.

yes you are right you should still hold bitcoin in the safest place do not let you sell bitcoin that you have at a cheap price because it will be very detrimental to you if you have to sell bitcoin that you have at a very expensive price.

What it is your plan? I understand that you are upset about what it is happening in the market but there is nothing we can do about it, if I were you I will hold the rest of my bitcoin, after all you sold near the all time high so if I were you I will even reinvest the money that you got out when you sold half of your bitcoin, but you can only do that if you are completely sure that you can hold until the next bull market appears.
Yes that is right that in current time we cannot do anything except to continue holding bitcoin. Because bitcoin price is already trading low and if we will sell our bitcoin in such a low price then we can only lose our money, but if will we will continue to hold bitcoin for some time, I am hopeful that the price will recover and will hopefully recover all our lost.

yes, your first strategy is very good by saving and waiting, because in the current month it is a very bad decline maybe this is price speculation or what is being experienced now, but to sell your coin I think it's a risk that it is better to use the HODL strategy sure that price increases will occur even for a long time

Don't be in a hurry to sell your bitcoin, even though the price of bitcoin is falling far, but surely the price of bitcoin will rise again. better hold your bitcoin for long-term investment.

Why not? Bitcoin is a dominant and known to be a good long term crypto investment. You can justify that one by looking at bitcoin's history and see how a single bitcoin will cost you 2 - 3 years ago and see the difference of its market price today. So hold your bitcoin 2-3 years if you can because there is a very big profit ahead.

Yes the best way is too hold your bitcoin. You will see how much will get from bitcoin in 6 months or sooner. The bitcoin should grow at 30000$ after some time.
If you are aiming for such price. It may take some time so you really need to be extra patience. Beating the ATH and going to $30k will need not just a year especially if they will continue to reject ETF. I guess our chance is gettting through it is just after the halving.
