why go to college for what? if you say to get knowledge and lessons, I do not think it is necessary. because now we just need to read and understand everything we want to know from internet book and personal experience directly. so I think this is not in need anymore

If there is no goal to get a job, then the knowledge can be obtained through the Internet. But if a person wants to go to work, then there will now be required documents on education.

Hi everyone,

What advice would you give a HS senior in US about to decide on and/or enter college ?

Going to college and finishing a degree is a good decision. It's for your own good. You will be able to use it when you're about to find a job. It's easier to find a job if you have a degree. It will take you far in the future. So, you should consider going to college. It will help you a lot in life.

I agree with you. When we finish our college degree, that is the only thing that we can be proud of. Similar to that, we can have a better work that offers high income so our life would be better. We can help our family by supporting their needs and give their wants. But if you not finish it, expect that you will encounter many problems due to lack of money. So I suggest that you should go to college.

It gives you a strong foundation for lifetime and your degree determination make you more in favor when hunting for a career. Individuals have a degree also get paid a lot more than people without degrees.

Degree holder would be able to get more chance to get a career they hunted to become. I would rather go to the college than wandering everywhere the street with no cash or occupation.

Hi everyone,

Before you go to college? You should make sure that the course you choose is based on your passions or preferences. Before you decide? you should be serious about the course you choose to take in college. I will admit that as a college student at the beginning it is easy but when you come to college? that's where the heavy responsibilities you must pass. Like the thesis you should be prepared. Thesis is indeed the most mortal enemy of the college and especially the preparation for Defense. Goodluck could have chosen a suitable course for you not to be afraid because you can do it, it would be nice to have graduated with that suffering Smiley goodluck in your future

If you are capable why not don't waste the opportunity for you to go in college level,  As well as you are supported by your parents.
But if not, and you are willing to sacrifice and ready to work as a working student, well go for it! so that you can support yourself for that things and sustain all your expenses in your schooling if your parents can't able to support you in college.

Our parents when we are child they planning for us to finish our studies so thats why we need to finish in college, finish in college we can work and we can help our family. Finish in college is our family want because if we graduate we can live without help of our family and we can stand in our own.

Everyone in this world should finish college because it is the only thing that we can be proud of if we finish it. If  a person finish college, you can go to a prestigious company that can offer high income so you can support and give the needs of your family. If you not finish it, expect that disaster lofe will come to you.

Thats the one of us in our dream is to finish studies so thats why our family being proud we know thats the only thing the wish of our family because studies it is important to us. Im so sad when i saw some youth are not going to school because of their poverty. We hope in our government will see this and to help them to get scholarship.

Hi everyone,

It would be hard for you to find a good job if you will not go to college. Nowadays, college attainment is very important for you to find a job with competitive salary. Finishing a degree will take you far in the future, and I'm sure it will all be worth it.

That depends. For example, if you want to be a mason or a plumber, then I don't think that you need a college degree to qualify. Army is another field where the college education doesn't matter much. But that doesn't mean that you can skip college if you want. College years can shape your personality, and those who don't receive college education will face many difficulties in the future.

Do it, the field doesn't matter. I went for a B.S in Chemistry, but most of what I do these days is based around computer science. The concepts you learn in any STEM field are roughly the same, so do whatever you have the strongest connection to. Use what you learn to keep learning.

The aside to that; you're signing yourself up for a lifetime of learning if you move into an intellectual profession. Those 4 years are actually the easiest part. You should be learning things outside of class, and really focusing on trying to find what you love to work on. Avoid the party mentality. You're going to spend too much time on video games and getting intoxicated. It's ok, we all do it, but be aware of it. Realize that every moment you spend learning now is worth 10 moments a decade from now.

The above is what I'd write to myself if I was about to go back in. Take yourself seriously, you're smarter than you think. Put in the work.

Yes probably it is important. Even if you have already something to earn money, it is more important to be educated. Because that education will lead you toward success and that education will never get away from you.

You should go to college. As for my experience, there's a lot of opportunity that awaits if you are a degree holder. It is also an opportunity to learn what you love. College is more than just a way to get a high-paying job, it’s a way to enjoy life and become the person you were meant to be.
