Maybe you can earn but its so risky, please try to look for a real investment and will not HYPE. Real investment could give less income but very sure income unlike HYPE investment gives highest earnings but will turns into scam. Okay if you have some fund and you are thinking about investing it for first time. I would suggest you to do some research first and gain some knowledge. If you want to invest in ieos then I would say go for ieos which are offered by big exchanges like binance,kucoin or huobi etc. Though curiovest did a good job but invest in a small ieo is a bit risky. And I think for first time investment you can go for crypto currency which are already in the market rather than ieos. But still whatever you do do some research first then go for the investment.

As you mentioned invest in the top 100 altcoins could be helpful to make a profit instead of investing in a newer project.
