If you want to sell bitcoin now, make sure you sell at the high price so you can buy back bitcoin if the price is down in a few hours later. But if you are afraid to sell right now, you don't have to do anything, and only hold your bitcoin until the price can increase, but there is no guarantee to know when it will reach the highest price. You need to decide by yourself, and even if we suggest you to sell it now, it doesn't mean that you should follow the suggestion because that is your bitcoin, and you should know what you need to do.

for the moment I am thinking about falling prices. if you don't want to sell your bitcoin at prices under $ 6k, this might be a good opportunity to sell it. Think back, if you really don't want to take the risk. it's just that if you manage to hold back, and the situation turns back in favor, it could be that the price of bitcoin reaches a price of $ 10k, or more. personally I will hold my current assets, even though it is quite difficult.

Everyone is telling that bitcoin is going to 3K. Every news and notifications points that the trend is going towards 3K.
Bitmex CEO is twitting he believes bitcoin could go even as low as 2100, so would it be better to sell my bitcoin now and buy for 50% cheaper?
Seems like everybody are trying their best to decrease the price, it might be better to move with the herd?
If there is a Good analysis that will cross and make me believe about this?why not sell all my holdings lol.

But the Problem is there is no Concrete reason why the price will fall down to 3k again not Unless market is really manipulated then lets expect nothing but fall again.

Last march the Fall happens because of the Pandemic that starts in December but spreads only in March thats why people here reacted that bad.

The current policies are supporting BTC's pice. The inflation will be higher if bubbles at the stock markets and the immo bubbles explode.

As a consequence people will look for gold and Bitcoin.

I see that you are not a trader and base on your statement I can consider you as a newbie yet in terms of investment as you give too much attention to other speculation. The market is indeed very volatile but you should put more trust to your investment, if you are not that in need with your money then hold it for a long term one or until the end of this year and you will surely get a good amount of profit.

The market will not die that easily as many will try to buy some btc if it will goes down that deep, so as of this moment the best thing to do is to buy more instead of selling your assets.

If you have weak hands and mostly believe on what you read, then sell if that's what you think good for you. One reason why you need to have a strong mind if you are a crypto user to make a better decision in this kind of situation. Better believe in what you see, analyze on yohr own, predict on your own, price seems calm after the price fall. It's not yet time to sell, i'd rather wait for increase than taking the risk and sell right now.

the Bear has gone and only the Pandemic is hindering us to Enter Bull and also consider the Halving and that's enough reason to keep waiting or consider Buying more.i Know many Fud are still around but the life of each people here must remain in support as they are investing in Good faith.

If you believe their speculation/prediction then it depends on you, you can sell! But I don't believe them! Most of the well-known experts were telling shit about Bitcoin price prediction, even the day before yesterday, I read an article where a so-called crypto guy was saying Bitcoin will hit 1000$ in near future! So, I would suggest to do your own diligence and take the right decision! Personally, I am not caring about their prediction, what I see, Bitcoin price will go to 8K USD very soon, or it will stay at 6-7K zone! Right now, I don't see any possibility for a major dump!

It is not realky the good time to sell Bitcoin becuase of its current price still far from the all time high this year ranging above the $11,000 value. Bitcoin price have already survived the dump to $3,000 value last month and the price of Bitcoin continuously shows positive development these days, that might be a sign for a better price in the coming weeks and months. We should still base our decisions on ourselves so we don't have regret when something unexpected happens. For me, if you still don't need the money from your Bitcoin investmet, there is no reason to doubt the price of it because, this coming month of may would be a game changer for this bearish market.

It all comes back to yourself, if you believe that decline will happen and then selling now to buy lower later is a good idea, why not. I personally will still hold it and even so, having more anticipation is indeed needed but does not mean I have to sell it now, preparing funds for dumping events later we should have prepared so that we also do not miss the moment to buy more if indeed it will happen.
Personally, I will also hold my current assets. however, there is a high possibility that the price of bitcoin can be higher than the current price, and you just have to be patient to wait for that to happen. however, if it is urgent to sell the assets you have, maybe you should start at 30% or 50%.

Who is crazy to sell now when the fiat system is collapsing around! IMF just said that the global economy is heading for the worst recession since the great depression, now it's the time for buying cryptocurrencies, for buying gold. It will get worst before it gets better, crypto can drop a bit more, it's not going to be a problem here for us, we get used to that, and we will survive that worst that will come. But I am not sure will fiat survive this time!

You do the opposite as people said.

When they say we need to buy, we sell. I've been reading that in the past and doing that in some ways and it is pretty good in the long run. The price is going back and forth from $7K and $6K so it is quite unpredictable to find that time to sell. If the price indicates a bull run, better buy now, if its the opposite, then do the opposite.

I'm not sure about what the CEO of Bitmex said, because sometimes when someone becomes someone who influences the sustainability of the price of Bitcoin they can just use what they say.  Certainly want to make a panic, because basically people like them have a strong financial condition so that when the panic actually happens they immediately buy it.

I would request you not to believe in any of these rumors as these are the same people who will be screaming their lungs out claiming bitcoin will reach $100,000 if the value of bitcoin increases by just $500, rather I would suggest you to follow the market trend every day and set up reminders for pumps and dumps with a value of $500 at both ends. If you do this then you will be in a better position to judge the market trend and you will be able to make a decision on own rather than losing money with other people's opinion.

I believe that the technicals are giving pure sign of a downside reversal before a quick uptrend takes place. There seems to be a big winter coming before we may see a warm sunrise, and I don't think that BTC will be dragged down immediately through a crash but this time, it'll be slow AF and I too believe that bears are still in control and we may see a new low this year before a hefty mounting.

Everyone is telling that bitcoin is going to 3K.

who are these people who are saying this? if you look at the price, you will notice that it is stagnant at  $6000 and it doesn’t seem to fall below  $6000, so don’t worry about what these analysts say

Every news and notifications points that the trend is going towards 3K.

ask yourself: when did they get their price predictions right?

Bitmex CEO is twitting he believes bitcoin could go even as low as 2100

he always fails to predict

I'v read countless articles, you can tell if the news outlet or article writer wants you to believe in buying more or selling now. In this community I've seen much speculation about the positive effects of the "halevneing". It's an interesting time, in previous years there was less going on in the world. Others have brought up good points like are you a investor or a trader? Come up with a plan and that will determine your path.

Bitcoin should never really be something that you may want to sell, after all we are talking about something that is a long term project and not a short term gain. If you are involved with bitcoin for trading and making quick profits than do whatever you want to do, I can't talk on your behalf and you should be looking at charts and situations every single week that changes, which means the answer you will hear here, will be changed by the time person writes it to time you read it.

However if you are long on bitcoin and think that in the long run it is a good concept, you should keep it, no matter what happens to bitcoin, I believe in the end we will see an increase eventually, maybe in a day, maybe in a year but it will definitely happen. That is why quick drops never scares me.

It did went down for so much just a month ago. Like 4.8k right? I think that is already the right time to buy it.
But this as a selling point. Not in my view. Not yet.

Although there is a virus that is circulating around the world it is not yet the time for investors to sell their bitcoins and just save it with cash.
That will be a waste I think, specially to those who are not yet at ROI.
You might have seen some slight decrease but those could just be people who are now having a hard time to make money and are now in need to buy necessities so they jump into selling their bitcoin.
