Your budget of $300 to $500 USD is way too low to start a gambling site, how would you be able to pay out huge amount of money if a big whale deposit a lot of bitcoins and win huge amount of money on a lucky day, I guess the minimum amount needed to start a gambling site would be at least 100 bitcoins for the bankroll.

first i want to say thats im have been really active in gambling site, i have talk to so many gambling site owner, and belive me your budget its to small.
there so many to worry about gambling site, and thats all need money to spend.
my suggestion if you want profit or only profit try to find other project.
or if you want just do trading (if you feel bad luck or just bad in trading try to find a good mentor).
i personaly, will choose to trading to make profit with that fund because im also active in trading. if you want free signal feel free to PM me

I have same idea with you. But I think with just 500$ making a gambling site is dangerous for you. U should making a bet site. like sport , e-sport like dota2 bet. That doesn't take much money. And the important thing! you never lose!

For all reasons already listed, DO NOT attempt to open a gambling site.
Your funding is far from enough and if you have never been on that side, you might not be ready for sleepless nights to come.
Just put that money into some other project, but as said, research well before doing so.

I would more team up with a programmer and invest that amount into the project itself. Honestly, the budget is a bit on the lower side. But if you hold your games simple it can become good. In the early days, some simple games like doubling were running really well with basic scripts. Of course today you need to have better security for hackers. All you need to find is a good programmer then a lot is possible. Investing the budget you have for programming the casino website itself would be too low sadly. I recommend then joining someone else project.
My luck is not good in joining someone else project, lost much more than i invested in someones project
Maybe you are not doing a good research for the place where you invested with thats why you've lost for so many times of those project but I'f you have some money to spend then you should try to create your own business so that you would not find yourself empty handed on others project but you should make a good marketing strategy so that your planned business will last for long and the important thing here is you should brought some huge capital to back it up.
