It is not enough, that amount maybe is enough to buy the sites and the script but for advertisement you need at least 1 BTC for bounty campaign (signature and social media campaign) and then you also need spare money for giveaways for people to try your site and the most important you need a huge bankroll because the gambler need to be sure that you got enough fund to pay them
I would more team up with a programmer and invest that amount into the project itself. Honestly, the budget is a bit on the lower side. But if you hold your games simple it can become good. In the early days, some simple games like doubling were running really well with basic scripts. Of course today you need to have better security for hackers. All you need to find is a good programmer then a lot is possible. Investing the budget you have for programming the casino website itself would be too low sadly. I recommend then joining someone else project.
My luck is not good in joining someone else project, lost much more than i invested in someones project

I think with that amount your best bet would be to crowdinvest in a casino built by someone else. This way you can gain from the house edge but don't have to operate a casino yourself, which typically needs an investment of at least 6 figures.

Buddy, if you are so confident then you should launch the gambling site. But the challenge in launching a gambling site is not the budget alone. You need to do something interesting or different from other conventional sites to get visitors to your site . Ther are so many gambling sites out there .Your site should standalone from others. then only you willl get more visitors.

There are actually a lot of gambling sites and users prefer to visit the ones which have lots of promotions, free spins and a big budget. I will suggest that start with something like $10,000. And it is also a small amount, but still better than $300-$400.

if you care to listen.The first thing is, you should not invest your money anywhere you don't have any knowledge. Remember, Bitcoin is not anything magical, it's just another currency, albeit in the digital mode. You should invest it wisely.
That budget you have is not enough for a gambling site, rather you can start any site selling stuffs you know abot and accepting payments in bitcoins.

Yeah you wanna start a gambling site with just only five hundreed dollars, that is insane and you will never be able to create it.
Also, you need a developer, you need a designer to make good looking the casino, you need the scripts and the licenses, You need at least $30k to run it, and at least other $20k to afford losses if a guy empties your casino because of his luck.

Last year I helped to one of my customers.
The casino license holder asked 70.000 USD for script, license and everything else for that project.
Also advertisement will be on the site owner and license owner also take %2 from earning.
