It has a strong foundation and already shows its' purpose but still, it depends on you man. Getting gains is not whether you will have more than 100% or less than 100% gains. It will always base on how satisfy you are of the gains that you have.
you want to sell your coins with a loss? I guess it was the wrong choice. do not panic with the present state of affairs that do show a decline, but this has become commonplace, calm down and it will get better in a few weeks, you just need to be patient and calm.
Now, the price or the market's value is still dropping due to irregularity of the demand/supply of it. Buying more coins is a good idea since it will benefit you soon enough because of so called profit.
I think with the current price conditions that have ups and downs Selling assets is a great way to make a profit and keep traders eager to keep investing and the opportunity to create a huge income is still high by exploiting the existence of the coin to hold a few years.
If there is one more global growth, the price of altcoins will be even higher than last winter. Bitcoin will test new highs. So it's better not to sell now.
You're right, now selling coins is a bad idea. There is a big chance that by the end of the year the price will grow very much. you guys give me an idea with me keeping my XLM free I'm puzzled

When I analyze the market many coins are low price and not stable. So how can you will sell your XLM in that condition. Be patient and hold until the price are stable. And I suggest until the end of year. Hopefully the price will rise like last year.
I've fixed x2 profit selling half of my XLM tokens and just holding it, waiting for a long bull cycle on the market, when it gives at least x10 I will sell some maybe 25%

for now more hold the coins you have ,, seeing the market conditions so bad, it is not possible to sell coins in this condition. if you are desperate to sell it now, then you will lose a lot of money.
By looking at the condition of the market that is actually being unfriendly. Then I wouldn't advise you to sell. You should hold the first, be patient a little while until market conditions slightly improved. And I am sure, will surely there comes a time, only a matter of time only.
It depends to your tokens price, if you think that you can get a profit if you sell it now, just go sell it and don't hold it, because that's the perfect time to sell.
The only case you to sell is when you know it's going further down, so you sell and buy again from lower point, that would increase both your bags and also your profits once it will go higher again
I think for now you better hold your coins. Or if you really need it better you sell some of your coins. So if later the price is back up you can sell the rest.
I am also confused, where maybe a player should we keep XLM
I suggest to hold up to December, as it often did in the past year that crypto prices will skyrocket by the end of the year and I'm sure that this year is the same even though it was not as much as last year.

April was really hard for holders like you, so it is already too late to suggest something but at your place I would better hold than selling everything because I'm believing that those projects would have a great future. 
don't you ever sell your coin in loss and bad market, each market has a cycle and unfortunately now has a correction and can last for a few months then go back to normal prices or higher
I suggest you to hold and wait for the market to go up so that you can get good profit.
The market is gradually turning green after the long downward trend. I think it will be better to hold on to selling for now and wait till the market fully recovers
