I don’t think it’s a good time to sell tokens because the current market is still in a depressed state. If you want to sell it at a high price, you’d better hold a token and watch the market price. If you doubt the price, then you sell it.
I do not think that selling now is good idea at all because you will live to regret it all your life.Soon the market will be very great and everyone who sold cheap will begin to cry.The fact that the market is down now do not mean that the market will never recover.But soon things will turn around.

If you are already in profit then sell now but if you dont need money badly then its better to hold till the market goes up again
Today the second day the market is red and the price of coins is falling. If you sell coins now, you will lose profit.
I think the price of this coin will grow by the end of the year and should not be sold now. I advise you not to panic and hold the coins for a few more months.
I believe that coins that soared are more prone to fall hard. Nano for example fell 92% from its peak, while others fell much less (80% or so). It seeems to be 12% difference, but actually it is around 2x difference (from 8% to 20%). So you could sell your XLM.
Now bitcoin price seems like still on the bottom of the market. Selling is not an option here, absolutely holding.
I was learning from the past that i should never buy when the market spiking, and sell when the market falling.
Maybe you can gain profit for chasing the spike, but there is no guarantee it will be spike higher.

I would recommend you to hold if you have bought your coins for a long-term.If you are a day-trader,better ask about it in Trollbox of the exchange you are trading.

choice is a gamble in this industry. so you have to believe what you are going to do, even more to sell the assets you have in this downturn. of course it will be very harmful to you.
If you’re a long term believer and holder of that project then don’t sell. Sell it if you gain x3 at least profit only so you wont be on loss and just feel sorry afterwards if it moon if ever.
I think it's better to wait a couple of weeks and when the price falls by 15-20%, you should immediately buy coins. I think this is a good choice.

if you feel you already have a profit, you can sell it. But if not, it's better to hold it. I prefer to hold it because I still wait until the price is what I want. it's up to you, the decision is yours.
In my opinion altcoins will going up if bitcoin price up again my advise be better to hold. but if you want to sell now it not worry because you get your coins is free.
