Well, I won't teach my kids to be enslaved by the corporation, making themselves(corporate) richer, and working for someone else success. I will teach my kids to make money work for them instead of working for money.
We do know the feels on where this is somehow correlated or connected with our pride yet we do have already the experience on how this system works and we don't like for it to be passed up into our sons and daughters but sometimes reality cant really be avoided yet most of us doesn't really like this thing but would end up on having no choice but to go in the same path. For you to have an enough resource to support your ideal path for your child then it would be good but if not then you will still end up on depending into those corporations.

That is also the one problem of some parents like us because every person has their own decision and journey their lives that fit their capability, teaching some important learning to become successful in life to overcome the poverty and looking forward into a highest standard of living but this is mandatory teaching from child to adolescent. But the final is depending on the capability of the person either successful employee or successful business man.

I think both of these things should be taught, the choice is not something we can decide, the future is up to the children, so we should look at it rationally.

regardless of your salary in a large company, how high your position there you are an employee who has a boss. but no matter how small the business you run, you are the boss. I teach this to my child, and the most important thing in business is not to give up even when circumstances force us to stop. To be honest, the generation of students today are far way more unpredictable than the prvious generations wherein students are more serious in studying. What you need to do is proper guidance for them to choose what they deserve to have in the future.

Your thinking is very good, it will help your child to have more thoughts and expand ideas in the future, they will not be bound and depend on a company or business, they will master themselves but the problem here is that you should not teach them when they are too young. We should start now teaching children to have a business mentality instead of being a successful employee. Because making yourself employed for such a long term will not make you rich, maybe it will satisfy you when you have the job you want but still you're just a helper in that specific company. Whereas, on a business mentality you try to think outside of the box of what you could possibly invent something. Remember the tag line that our parents always say? "Study hard and graduate for you to have a better work for your future." Which is a wrong mentality. Parents should say, "study hard and graduate for you to be able to create something that is your own, make your own company and make the money work for you."

I think it's better to teach them both; to have a businessman mentality and be a successful employee. This is because we can't decide for themselves. Let our children choose what they want to be when they grow up. Teaching them both is an advantage because there are children who don't want to run a business and just want to be a successful employee. And the other one is the opposite.

Im agree with this concept to teach our children to become a successful employee and businessman mentality. This two are both good because all things are starting with a small one before it becomes a larger one or lowest to highest. It is good that in their young age they know the value of money and how to handle it. Being business minded will help them to secure their future. But don't force them or push them to learn let them play at the same time because that is the nature of being a child.

Yes ,we should teach also the children to have a businessman mentally aside from gurliding and teaching them to be asuccessful employee, because employme is not lifetime so you will need to have to go to other business ,that is why you must already learn more things about business ,because it is not also easy to run a business , so this could be taught to growing children.

Anytime they can apply for any action yet if they know how to manage a business they can have both.I am pleasant to training the adolescents to be business oriented.It will make them more self-sufficient and knows how to get money at an early age. i diffinetely do agree that we should teach children how to have businessman mentality. as we all know most employee people has no time/ freedom to their self /family to enjoy how lifes beutiful as they work hard to support the needs of their family. when children have the mentality of businessman time will come they do not need work 24/7 because they will be the boss of their own job.

But everyone has their own dream and passion. If my children don't want to be an entrepreneur, i won't force them. If they want to be a employee instead, well let them be.
My parents used to open a business as well, but i never think that i want to open business as we. I want to work for people, not make people work for me.

I believe that education is necessary in any case. The educational process should include the study of various methods of income generation, jurisprudence, investment, and economics. Only such an education will teach children to earn money.
I think most of these skills can be trained. However, children must learn the value of money. They must learn how to manage their money properly (when they become adults) and how to invest.
The mentality of the entrepreneur is something unique. Only a small percentage of people have such a mentality.
It requires a strong work ethic, great determination, the ability to take risks and never give up, good social skills, etc.
