I don't have any reason to defend Shuffle, but I've been playing there since it opened, and they don't ban people without a good reason, even if you make an alt account. It sounds like the OP abused the system by making multiple accounts to grab bonus codes. I'm not usually one to defend casinos, but it's not fair to throw dirt on Shuffle when the real issue is someone trying to game the system. Plus, OP is misleading players with false information. Shuffle and Stake are pretty much the most trustworthy sites right now.

He... can, but he shouldn't, or that [I think] he want to. The case reached its dead-end here with Shuffle's explanation that they found you to multi-acc. They won't divulge the findings in public due to security reason [not to mention privacy]. Your best course of action is as what I told you on my previous post, to file a complaint to CG, where they can share their findings more confidently due to the private nature of the investigation.

If you're sure you're the one being wronged here and did nothing wrong, I'll advise you to consider the path. Otherwise, lock this thread.

Though my initial reaction to ndumm's statement of 100 accounts was raising my two eyebrows, he do said [indirectly] that they've been quite thorough with this to eradicate any shred of doubt. Combine that with your past complaints, I can't help but also think that their findings is true.

All in all, I believe ndumm has said his final words here. If you still want to try this case, I'll suggest you to raise them to CasinoGuru, they can verify Shuffle's findings of account connection and validate/invalidate their counter-accusation.

This has already been seen so many times, how someone pretends to be a victim and if there is any doubt about the accuracy of the accusations (without any evidence) immediately everyone else quits working for that casino.

I support the FatFork claim, user Heyui67 has too many similar accusations against several different casinos. It is quite obvious that they are always trying to get money out of the casino in dishonest ways.

About what else can you share, I initially wanted to ask for the proof that you passed KYC because I thought the story here was you performed KYC at some point, passed it, and the casino blocked you on a later time. But it appear to me that your KYC was part of their investigation process. When a casino made a findings of multi-acc, it's usually spot on, they cross-references one finding with another's.

That said, as promised, I'll still PM their representative, though I think that'll only serve a purpose of sealing this case.

You are playing victim based on other findings on your account since you have multiple records of being a problematic players from different casino. Normally, user here will support you especially @holydarkness since we are fair here.

But it’s a different story if user is playing victim and using the forum as shield for your violation against casino ToS. Multiple account is always a trivial issue which can’t resolved even with KYC.

Not necessarily "searching", it's not that difficult to compile your past history. I have a thread that list scam accusations against casino from 2023 [a quick glance at your history told me that I missed to list some of your past complaints, though]. It listed the complainant's name alongside with other crucial info. And even without that thread, all FatFork [or whoever curious] need to do is click "show the last topics started by this person" button, and all those information are readily available. So... no, not necessarily a mental illness, I think the term "being meticulous" and "thorough" is more appropriate.

Now, moving to your situation. Is it perhaps you're meaning to provide more screenshots? Only one link being provided, but your edit shows something like this:



And the image being provided [IMO] doesn't provide us much. Perhaps another supporting evidence? The one where you passed KYC will probably be helpful

Was wondered the same when I saw OP's username creating this thread, as he made several complaints in the past. I'll bite, though...

OP, as asked by others, please provide supporting evidence. Screenshots of email, chat log, whatever helps to back up your claim. I'll page Shuffle's representative once I can validate that your case.

This is the irony on this kind of issue against the casino. They usually ask for KYC which in the end they will not honor since they will accuse you of using other people identity that is highly possible and always happening. So providing KYC will not really solved this issue immediately.

Having a multiple account issue is one of the problem in online casino that is very hard to resolved once casino have a proof such as IP connection from the multiple account. It’s very hard to defend online if there’s already a digital evidence pointing about the connection.

These random reports without any effort really are boring. If you seek any help at least do us all a favor and share the complete story and not just 2 sentences.

Looking at the OP's post history, I think he should stop gambling altogether, because it's obvious he continually runs into problems with a whole host of casino platforms.

Duelbits won't send me withdraw amount - Opened a topic accusing the casino and never updated or responded to other members' questions.
Is it scam or not.. Roobet transaction  - Accusing Roobet casino even before the transaction was confirmed and never updated or closed the thread.
Bitstarz.com will not let me withdraw - Although this is a casino with known dubious practices, it is his mistake not to read the terms of the promo bonus (the wagering requirement) and wrongly accusing the casino.
Stake false tranaction not found  - Same thing again. Accuses the casino of a scam and then silence. He never updated that (apparently) withdrawal transaction was confirmed, and he received the funds in his wallet.
Mexc wont unfreeze my account - Accuses the MEXC exchange of bad practice, and the only update we got in that thread is this: "Not helping to solve issue fk you and fuk mexc."

Unfortunately, I dont think there is much you can do about it.  These gambling sites use automated systems flagging accounts for suspicious activity, which is fair, but it means mistakes happen sometimes.  But these are rare cases in my opinion. Still, thats the bargain we strike for using their service. 

Have you tried reaching out to their customer support and explaining the situation?  Maybe someone else from your household used the platform, so you shared the same IP address?

Yeah, and it's rare that casino's are going to show proof here on the reasons why they flagged the account or how they caught the user with multiple accounts. And they have sophisticated tools to know that indeed it's one and the same user with multiple accounts like IP Address, the machine it uses, the OS and others.

So the it's up to the OP to provide proof that he is not using any other accounts. It could be the someone from his household could have created another account and so obviously it will be caught by Shuffle.

Or if he wanted to pursue then have a 3rd party to meditate things between him and the casino.

It's very simple in most cases: "Their casino - Their rules."

They can ban you for any reason - They don't even need a reason actually.
Read their TOS.

The problem is sometimes they abuse that power.

In this case there isn't enough detail to be able to say who's in the wrong so maybe post a more detailed scam report.
Also check if they have a profile on this forum.

Shuffle has an active ANN thread and a running campaign here; they are active, which means you will definitely get an explanation of why your account is being flagged.
OP stated the reason already that he was told that he is using more than one account to access the gambling site. That could have been known through IP address that the user is using.


3.4. You are permitted to have only one Shuffle Account. If you attempt to open more than one Shuffle Account, any and all such accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed, and any sums credited to those accounts will be frozen and may be deducted. You should try to make your thread more detailed by providing all the evidence, if possible, and the conversation you might have had with their support (hidden in the sensitive part) so that members here can look through the case and attend to you.
