No one here cant answer you better than the available support on the site except the official representative of Shuffle, I don't really understand your case but as far as I can understand Shuffle ask you to wait while they are doing manual check.
Whether it is manual check for you level 3 verification or manual check for your bets because in other thread you said that you won that big just from bonus drop, if the case is that they are checking and verifying your bets, it is normal IMO.
I know how it feels but nothing you can do now except wait until they finish the manual check, if there is nothing wrong then they will process your withdrawal.

I believe that casinos and sports-betting are the same as exchanges. If the casino's capital base and liquidity grows bigger and bigger, the casino - like exchanges - could offer their users tighter/more efficient spreads, better odds, reduced fees/vig and higher limits for the casino's VIP users.

You have misunderstood the fortnightly period, and the wrong information created the confusion. You have wagered almost double of mine in the last month. Also, your PnL statistic is negative, while I'm in profit (small amount though). So, the difference of the bonuses makes sense now.

Dont forget to claim your monthly bonus, my monthly bonus is as shown above. Not big but good enough to restart wager. I cant really tell how much I have wagered this month but but I am quite sure it is less than $10k because I was at Silver 2 rank last month and still at the same rank now ( increased 60% on the progress bar) so maybe I've wagered around $6k only. Total deposit since November = $100, total withdrawal = 0 lol. Yep, my last monthly bonus was $2.1 only. I don’t think they have planned for a bigger monthly bonus in this month by lowering it for me in the previous month. Anyway, they have sent pre-monthly bonus to all of us, also added another extra VIP reload (hourly) for five days. Thanks for the reminder, just checked my account and I see that there are 2 VIP reload (hourly and daily), the hourly reload worth $0.33 per claim (112 claim left) while the daily reload worth $1 per claim (3 days only) How much is your reload? It wont be possible to claim all the hourly reload obviously because no one can awake 24/7 Lets say I can claim half of the available hourly reload, I'll get about $15 but I doubt that I can claim it every hour although I'm awake.
