Spamming their thread cannot help your case you already admit that you made a mistake and that is already a proof that they can confiscate your funds. Instead of ranting here why not just follow up this issue on their support channel?

Since no one can help you here since their representative is not really so active in bitcointalk. They just came out when there's valid concern posted against them. What you do here is really disappointing and if you keep spamming their thread maybe they might totally get angry and will not take care your problems. Just learn your lesson from this incident and slowly move on because its like its close to impossible that your request will be granted since they have rules to follow.

I really thought their word would be good. If they changed their mind then I would like to at least hear why. Or if there is any thing more they need from me. My only last thought was that maybe they still needed a public apology in Bitcointalk, but I have now posted that 2 weeks ago and still received nothing. And that is the only problem I have with this case. If they had immediately confiscated everything including my deposit I would have no leg to stand on and have given up already 7 months ago. But they literally promised it in writing. The deal was: I apologize in public and then I get at least my deposit back. Meaning the stituation was restored as if I never had opened the second account. Which is the most fair. Also, meaning my 77mbtc sports winnings confiscated and I accept that.
And I repeat: I am the one who is wrong, and what I did up until mid March was not nice of me but I was scared. Then, I improved my behaviour and did all Shuffle asked and more, and even waited 5+ months since issuing the apology. I was very humble and patient because I thought that is the least I could do.
If they now go back on their promise (which is looking more likely by each day that passes) and do not even give me back the deposit, then there is still nothing I can do but Shuffle won't look good either, not making good on their promises. A casino as reputable as Shuffle should be trustable on their word.

P.S. I now see that since today, my account is no longer accessible. For the past 7 months (including yesterday) it was fully accessible with my 111mbtc balance still sitting in it. Now I have no way to access it anymore as it is "suspended temporarily" it says. It seems Shuffle is reading this topic and actions are being taken. I have not received back my deposit however and with the account suspension it does not look likely I will get it.

I agree with you that a casino or any other business has the full right to ban a user’s account and seize his funds if they find out he violated their ToS. In some cases and out of generousity they will let the abuser withdraw his initial deposit unless he already has withdrawn more than he has deposited.

But in this particular case, Shuffle promized (in one of the emails they sent to him) to pay him the 111mbtc if he "appologizes and recounts the events that happened", which he did!

Because if people don't feel it's a big mistake to make 2 accounts, or they are making them by mistake, then there's definitely problem with communication. That's probably the strategy the admins/developers are following. Noah was an employee in FTX before the founders destroyed their own work. I'm very confident that if the strategy worked for those exchanges, then it will also work for internet casinos.
