now there is no signature campaign that accepts beginners so I suggest you to follow other campaigns such as social media campaigns or if you have the ability to create a blog you can follow a blog campaign that I think is quite large and participants are not as many social media campaigns

Your rank must be more than newbie. Atleast JR.Member. You can look bountysuite for active and upcoming bounties.
And i think if you can not join btctalk signatures because of your rank you can try to do something with youtube twitter or
articles in medium. You can try to join bounties with these things also.

I really want to help you about the campaign you want but in your case your rank are not capable of any campaign I know that you can participate into them. And I think you need more time to make your account ranked up just like other people doing now, just focus first in increasing your rank that you can participate in any campaign that you can earn a better rewards.
If that's happen then, NEWBIE will take over the BCT and this could be a messed up forum.

Hoping so thats this will happen,thats theres a bounty to the newbies or even theres an ICO project campaign thats those newbie of this community would been accepted as part of the bounty hunting,so that they can earn even a small profit and continue to promote the goodness and the benefits of being part of cryptocurrency investment,especially now that there so many junior ranks back to newbie,because of no merits given to there post.
I dont think that it is applicable right now. Due to the last update on forum ranks, newbie users cannot equip signature on their account. The minimum rank that can bear a signature is Jr. Member.
I don't think right now there are any signature bounties for newbies. If you are still a newbie, you will have to first get your account to at least a junior member rank to be able to participate in signature bounties, and you can achieve that that when you get at least a merit on your account, from making meaningful and enlightening contributions to the forum.
This is presently out of it for now. Newbies are no longer allowed to wearing signature and neither can they participate in signature bounty. I can see you are just coming up, which means you have not really had lots of shit posts. So, you can still learn how to make good posts that can earn you merits and would help you to rank up. You only need one merit and 30 activities to become a Jr. Member, but you can work towards having more than one merit

like the signature for the newbie rank is never there, even if there is rarely, the signature that receives the newbie has the potential to be cheated by irresponsible people, my advice is better you increase the rank bitcointalk you become a junior member because many signatures are accepted even though rewards it's low but at least you can participate in the signature campaign
The fact is that today it has become much more difficult to raise the rank on the bitcointalk forum. Even from a newbie to switch to Junior is not possible without 1 merit. 
After they changed rules and decreased rang from junior to newbie of big amount of bounty hunters it is difficult to give advice, cause in most part of ICOs tasks start from junior level.
So with the current rules of the forum, there is nothing else for newbies but to try to get a level jr. member. With a little effort everyone can reach this rank and then join the signature bounties.
Yes there are not much options left for the newbies rather than posting some quality stuff and get the merit from their quality and informative post then join the campaigns after reaching Jr. Member rank. The recent restrictions is the result of alt accounts because earlier it was easier to climb the ladder of the ranks just by posting and account farming took place which was against the rules of the forum and definitely not the clean way to earn money hence the restrictions has been brought in.
