The problem with newbie accounts is that they want to participate in the already over flooded bounties without having built a reputation. Some of us here have been on the forums for years and still the bounties do not earn us enough because many bounties either turn into scams or the tokens do not reach exchanges. Also there are many bounty cheaters opening tons of accounts to try to steal stakes etc. As a newbie you should be focusing on building your reputation in order to partake in an already over populated bounty pie. due to new rules in bitcointalk, then I am sure that this will be very much a newbie participants in the forum. and no doubt it will be awful lot looking for this treath. I'm not really know, but it might just be sure you can find in the treath bounties in this bitcointalk.
It seems that it will be difficult to find a gift for a newbie, it's better not to expect a newbie to be able to perform well in this forum. To be sure, get a new and useful idea to build this forum back well and become a quality newbie so that you get merit and raise your rank.

To be honest, majority of (if not all) the bounties will not accept a newbie for their campaign. However, if you got lucky you can join a signature campaign. Please take your time to find answers on your own. Below is the link where active bounties are making their post.

Before latest news, newbie can still wear signature, majority of bounty i see use to start with jr member rank, if they want to give them chance, it is definitely not realistic with the new rule.
As before, it is easier for a beginner to buy the status of "cooper member" and have the signature" member". Some bounty campaigns give stakes in this case, and it is better than look for a company for a beginner.
There is no longer signature bounty for newbies. You have to be at least a Jr member and you can attain that based on the number of posts you have to be making. To get Jr Member rank you should have 30 activities & 1 merit at least. Honestly, I never met campaign with interested in newbie's signature.
With the introduction of new rules, beginners can no longer wear signatures. However, I do not see anything wrong with this, it was necessary to make this innovation a long time ago. Now there will be less bots and spammers. And getting a 1 merit task is quite feasible.

You will not be able to search signature campaigns with newbie levels, as you have no active contributors on the bitcointalk forum. Too many newbies will easily cause trouble controlling and cheating.
no signature campaigns for newbies. what constructive information or discution can post newbie? only spam and "goodprojects".
No more signature campaigns for newbies because they can't hany any signature and the personal text too since the new restirictions were implemented and also most of the Jr.Member ranks demoted to newbies and now they need to earn 1 merit to become junior member so better increase your rank than finding the bounties.

There are very few and far in Between. Most bounty campaigns accept ATLEAST Jr. Members. These bounties can be found in the Altcoin Discussion section. Now if you are looking for one that pays BTC you have to ATLEAST be of MEMBER RANK. Build your post, make quality posts and earn some merits then you can find them and join any!!!

Nowadays it's hard to find good bounty for Jr. Member. I can't imagne how someone can doing bounty on newbie... I never met campaign with interested in newbie's signature.
Most of campaigns are not allowing Newbie to join signature campaigns, you should have at least Jr. Member to join any signature campaign. To get Jr. Member rank you should have 30 activities & 1 merit at least.

Usually, you need a status J.Memder.But there are companies that require an initial, but this is a very bad company.
