Hello,

When I'm in my wallet there is no file so when I did a Google search on topic I got following:

Now do I enter my addy and where do I add other person's addy who I am verifying I am owner of account?

There's a great tutorial thread by shorena, explaining signed messages, aswell as how to sign and verify them using different wallets / tools, in this very section.
