Since the representative already comeback after 2 years inactivity, I would like to know what's the conclusion about this complaint? have you let him to withdraw or you've confiscate his money because he's break your rules? if you not reply about this case, I doubt anyone will want to try your site considering you have poor customer service. It's useless if the casino has an interesting promotion but there's no active representative, it's not safe to gamble on your casino.
Their costumer representative is active and they responded to the query of @asayoyaasa according to what he wrote so I wouldn't call that poor but the only thing that boggles us is if the case is solved or not. Usually, if the casino is guilty of scamming, their official forum accounts will get tagged but the op of this thread didn't have any red/orange trust.

Maybe they are not guilty and the reason why they didn't pay the complainant is because they have done some violations and if you check the post history of @asayoyaasa, he also experience the same thing on other casinos but he said that he will never play on newer casinos again. Well that's great and let see if the problem persists.

I've reached out to the guy in DM, will get to the bottom of it once he gets back to me.

with regards to poor customer service - it's a bit disingenuous to make a conclusion like this based on our presence (or the lack of) on this forum. If it wasn't safe to gamble on slotman, it would no longer be operating.

Even though you link the image to the site, you would have at least written something to describe what the casino or the gambling site is all about, now as it is, I didn't understand anything. Although I visited the site through the Link provided from the image and the site is nice but there some review analysis need to be done. The company would have created the features of the company before asking or telling visitors to register but the first the sit showcase is the registration form and I believe that is wrong. Gamblers would like to see the games  you have on the site before registration so that there would be no regret after registration because you have already seen the outlook of the games but whereby the person registered and sees that the games are not I

It's good to see you back, you should fix the image on the first post of the thread, because it's showing an error. And another thing to do is to read the post of other users in the thread, some uses claim to have locked withdrawals and they wait more than 3 days without an answer from the support.

Is complex for the users to trust on a site who doesn't brings the right support, so, let's hope that change soon in your site.

Based on few users experience using slotman, it isn't fair in its operations. The site has come to usage by December and within few months time the team have backpacked and left. Whenever we get into any of the new gambling site, we need to be more careful depositing our hard earned money.

Looking upon the announcement thread itself one can get into conclusion about the legitimacy of the gambling platform. Here the very first post of the thread itself an image that is incomplete and not uploaded perfectly.
These are clear indications that these site shouldnt really be trusted at all.If there are issues and complaints about this place then it should really be tagged up.This is the main reason on why i dont really

tend to touch up newly built casinos just because of these kind of possible situations that you might be facing off.

There's no clear picture and details of this certain site, OP is not active anymore too, maybe they are not serious in running their business here, because if they are they will take care of the very important details.

They are not active even on all there social media account. There website is not updated anymore and looks like don't have a regular maintenance. The casino is either dying or abandoned already by the owner after crypto currency market price surge since Q4 last year. Maybe the owner decided to cashout all his cryptocurrency instead on continuing this business.
Looks like it, I was about to suggest contacting them on Telegram but all I've got is a Slotman Bot and it is not even on English but rather a Russian language bot. It also doesn't include any commands on it.

It might be that the team that handle this website is already gone and/or planning to abandon it due to having less traffic and players.

The support may also just be a bot since it always replies on a same pattern of "Welcome to Slotman! Please note, that your account is at the verification stage. If additional information is required, the security department will contact you. Please, wait." just as asayoyaasa.

I'm sorry for you're loss but I think that your chances of retrieving your funds is too slim right now.

So far there is not much information on this site. They will no longer be active on Twitter after January 25.
Their last post on Twitter.

I am not surprised to see the situation of the new site left by its current owner. There is not much they can do if they cannot compete with other gambling site. This site need players to make a profit, without a lot of players they can't run the site in the long run. Finally, as it is common for users, all user fund are taken by the site owner.

Maybe they want to close the business soon (it's just my assumption), when I look at a domain will be expired about next 5 month.

It is odd that the OP is currently not availble now. The image he posted on this thread went off. Just what happened. Just to ask, did you ever withdrawn some of your funds before this latest withdrawal request? If so, how many times? I bet this is the first time... Their account here has been inactive for 2 months, personally I won't play on any site if ever their social media accounts aren't that active. Did you tried contacting them again through their support?
Yes, that is my first withdraw. I also made my first deposit on the same day. I tried contacting them several times in the last 2 days but they always give me the same answer that they still checking my account. After I submit my withdrawal request they reject it and several hours later I can't log in to my account anymore.

Looks like they already abandon this thread since look at the OP the image doesn't show anymore, I think they do that on the purpose so that they can safe exit and scam their users so maybe try to put warning post to others to avoid this site so that there's no other victim will show here posting some claim that they are been scam by them. Maybe you should start to move on now since you have a low chance to recover your money unto them since they are away from here already.
