Just to ask, did you ever withdrawn some of your funds before this latest withdrawal request? If so, how many times? I bet this is the first time... Their account here has been inactive for 2 months, personally I won't play on any site if ever their social media accounts aren't that active. Did you tried contacting them again through their support?
Yes, that is my first withdraw. I also made my first deposit on the same day. I tried contacting them several times in the last 2 days but they always give me the same answer that they still checking my account. After I submit my withdrawal request they reject it and several hours later I can't log in to my account anymore.

And when I chat the live support in their site, they wrote this to me. Chance they will back is much lower IMO.

Why wait for another more days if your case is already pending for more days? better to post a scam accusation already to see if they are serious on solving the issue to their users. If they still didn't put any action after you made that accusation then maybe that's a good sign for others to leave this casino.

However, seems a few users replying about deposit limits. Is it really necessary to limit the deposit amount? Why gamblers can't make the deposit as they want. If gamblers can bear deposit fees then the platforms shouldn't have an issue.

I thought at first that it's solely the game you're trying to promote but there are other slot on the site, my bad, but Slotman has been developed by your team? Just a suggestion maybe you'd lower the minimum amount of deposit to maybe like $10 I guess that's more appropriate or even no minimum deposit and only the withdrawal will have one. As per UI, I really commend you on that it's really awesome to see.

Welcome to the forum! I've seen that using VPN is not allowed may I know the countries that is prohibited and also do you have a feature on where you will block immediately the IP from that restricted country so they would not be able to register or enter your website. I think that's useful.
You can get see the list of Restricted Countries in the section of conditions https://www.slotman.com/terms-and-conditions

Also, the Casino does not recommend using VPN, as this is prohibited by game providers.
If the registration takes place from the IP-address of a prohibited country, the platform will not give an opportunity to complete the registration.
