The owner needs to change the minimum deposit. People will not like to deposit that amount because it is too high with the bitcoin price now. Maybe they allow people to deposit doge and tether in a very small amount, but I think the fee will still be bigger.
I hope that the withdrawal doesn't need to verify the member's account when they withdraw a minimum withdrawal because if that is needed, I think that will be a problem for their members since people avoid doing KYC.

They only stated if atm all withdrawal will be processed by manually, even if they can ask KYC anytime to us, it doesn't mean each withdrawal must be passed KYC first
