Quiting gambling is more easier to say then done although the gravity of what can lead to such decisions should as well be considered, yeah it is necessary for anyone who feels it is time to quit based on the experience they had, to me i will rather prefer or call it a break than quiting because quiting might not just be so easy, most people says they are quitting gambling come back and become even worst, surely gambling can be very frustrating if considered to be approach as means of getting rich scheme whereas it is just a game that shouldn't be taken too serious, gamble within your limit to avoid regret.

The best time to stop is when you haven't gotten too deep in it , like being an gambling addict you will need X2 or even more than the effort a normal gambler will use to stop gambling, because you didn't just get addicted to it over night, it was a gradual process so for one to stop it will also takes or requires some gradual process too.

To be honest not that hard it all depends on the gambler, because once your mind is made you can actually pull it off with more stress. If you see is not impacting any positive effects to your lives rather is endangering your health , I will advice such folks to stop

Quitting gambling is not difficult, what is difficult in my opinion is getting used to not doing the activity, not much different from when you just broke up where the difficult thing is forgetting the beautiful memories with your partner and also getting used to not doing something that is usually attached to you, that is the hardest part for someone to get out of their habit.

Well since I posted this thread I have not been gambling at all and the best part I don't see any urgency of some inside urge to go gambling again. I am convinced now that our brain and our self determination is a great tool at our disposal to achieve anything we want if we want it for real. Actually this is really indeed not that easy on which at the time or moment that you will that get addicted with gambling then avoiding it will really be that a huge challenge. Wrong. It's actually the cure for the loss. This is not some kind of death of a relative thing, this is a continuous problem if you keep on gambling.
What he is doing is curing it by stopping and somehow he will save the money that should've been for gambling from now until he forgets about it.
It's okay to have fun in gambling but I say we will still keep on losing at the end of the day. What OP is doing is stopping that continuous losses and I think that's the only cure for it.
