Gambling addiction is hard once it has become a chronic form of it. If it is still in the early phases, quitting is easy. So you have done it eventually after you did the same thing on slots several times before? As I remember you have some similar stories before, even with worse result (longer losing streak on bonus buy).
Now you decided to exclude yourself from the casino (stake) and try to blame them as what you did before anytime you got bad results on slots.
How about your other gambling accounts? Are you excluding yourself only on stake while you are still playing on some other casinos?
If you have not done the same thing in all other casinos where you usually gamble, better for you to do it now and do not gamble again because I think you will try to complain/blame all the other casinos once you experience bad losing streak especially with bonus buy.

Total back off from gambling isn't an easy thing to do, I agree with you on that, for me it all about decision that may not have immediate effect, it is a gradual process not something one can do immediately unless such gambler is not a regular type of gambler, we must understand what gambling stands for, gambling is addictive in nature as auch it not about saying things rather it is about putting your decision into action gradually.

True, addiction can sometimes deny us the ability to quit at once but over time, you can quit. I feel you brother about those bought bonuses but in my case, it was not in Stake.com. I think it's the game provider that does those stupid things where we end up getting from x0 to x5 wins only after paying x75 or higher than that.

That is how human brain works. If you make money from something today, you will want to continue to do that thing. It is not only gambling but everything that someone does and make money from.
