well you don't really must to use bitcoin, but if i could choose between fiat money and bitcoins, i would choose bitcoins, because with bitcoins, i can do much more things

I don't think the use of bitcoin should be considered as a real "need", I prefer to think about bitcoin as an interesting option to diversify our investments, but because of its current volatility I am not so convinced about its reliability as a valid method to carry out our daily financial transactions.

In fact, I think that Bitcoin is even more special and important than just new technology or technological sophistication.
It's more like revolution or way of life, how I see it.
Until now, for average people was very difficult to achieve financial freedom or get rid from banks

Banks and big financial institutions monopolized finance and money in the world.
Now, for the first time, people can bypass banks and financial institutions and control directly their money, and also achieve their financial dreams.
Bitcoin is decentralized, no government or banks involved, and because of this everyone should use Bitcoin.

Even though I agree with this comment and a lot of other comments that have been posted, I think we need Bitcoin because we need to move forward in life. When you do a bank wire, it costs upwards of $50 per transaction and you have to pay to receive them also. We need something better than that and Bitcoin is that something.
