Wenger has been so many years with the Gunners that he has made a dynasty for himself in England and honestly I don't think that he is going to leave by himself and the owners of Arsenal won't fire him because the club is playing top flight football every year despite not winning titles. Wenger probably has the status of Alex Ferguson for Arsenal despite the empty trophy cabinet

First at all , Higuain refused to stay in Napoli , and there are three teams asking for his services not only Arsenal , Atletico Madrid and PSG also want him , but the big problem which confront these teams is the penal clause in his contract with Napoli , this clause worth €94M , and Arsenal's management are not generous enough to pay this amount , but I heard that they offered Geroud and €60M to get Higuain in Arsenal . 
If Arsenal are serious and are ready to spend the cash, why not sign Aubameyang? He's fast, agile and adaptable. He could fit in at Wenger's style/system.

Napoli should ask for better player instead of just giroud plus cash , giroud worth close to nothing if you ask me as his performance in euro was bad. Higuain worth more than that even if he is not a young player anymore. They should ask for ramsey instead or sanchez if they are going to release higuain.

Schurle isnt really fit to be the new attacking midfielder. If they truly want an attaxking midfielder then they should sign gotze or draxler. You do realize how bad Serie A was last year wasnt it? although he wont really score much in premier league I doubt that he will be worse than either giroud or welbeck therefore securing deal from napoli is actually a good move from wenger

Is Higuain to Arsenal confirmed? I don't think Wenger will splash 80M British Pounds that Napoli is asking for. I think Wenger missed a good opportunity at last year's transfer window with Higuain. Wenger is so tight with the money that he failed to sign him. Now for 80M Pounds, I doubt he'd be willing to sign him. That's too much for Higuain and Wenger knows it.
But Arsenal is kinda desperate to sign a striker though...
