Emery would like to take Carlos Bacca for its PSG. The Ac Milan asks 30 million for him.

PSG have have Edinson Cavani why they should buy Carlos Bacca whose quality is far below Cavani.

Coutinho will cost more than all those players, i wont be surprised to see him being priced at 50 mil. if he has a good season, Im pretty sure barca wont pay that much for a player until iniesta retires

Iniesta will retire soon which is why they need to find a replacement soon because if they wait until he is actually retire then all the top player to fill his position wont be available anymore. It never hurt to sign them first and train them incase something suddenly happened rather than just wait until things are done
Iniesta is not young anymore and indeed Barcelona require the replacement for him but if Barcelona choose Coutinho then there will be big losses for Liverpool indeed if this happening from the price side maybe Barcelona will buy him with expensive price but i think Liverpool will be difficult to find the replacement of Coutinho and directly This will highly affect to the performance of the team and such as they losing Suarez several seasons ago untill now i didn't see other players could able as Suarez replacement on Liverpool

Read a big transfer rumour for A.C. Milan today, and that involves the acquisition of Harry Kane the Striker from Tottenham. Although A.C. Milan needs a partner for Carlos Bacca in the front, it will cost them 70 Million Euros to offer Tottenham, in which I disagree with them as spending that much for one player is too much, they can buy 3 good players with that kind of money, and midfield is their real problem.
I can say Harry Kane will reject that offer, unless Milan can make their way to Champions League next season. But even tho they can, I still doubt Kane will move to Serie A. I dont know about Tottenham, they may let him go if need much money, or even trying to seek other team that want to bid higher.

When money is involved then everything is possible on soccer transfer, whether the player want higher salary or the team needs much money as you say. Of course it depends on both the team and the player. One other thing that may cause this happen is "buy clause". I dont know whether Kane has buy clause in his contract or not, but if he has it then Totenham cant do anything if there is a team want to pay for the buy clause.

Thats what real tried to do with James, as you can see, that hasnt worked out well, its best to sign a player when you neeed them and not have them warm a bench for 1 or 2 seasons before they become the #1 choice for the position

barcelona still buy must big transfer big money, minimum 80 million pounds

You should realize that money could buy almost everyhing in soccer. If they truly want coutinho to be in their squad then they wont hesitate at all to big huge amount , probably could be going to be as high as suarez although i totally dont think that a player like coutinho could worth that much
I dont think barca will buy him, they have adopted a new transfer policy to sign cheaper players after the whole neymar situation. I wouldnt be surprised if Coutinho leaves for a team like PSG or Juve tho, the leagues and domestic cups are easy to win in those countries and he will have a shot at actually winning the champions league with those teams
And they still bought Suarez? I dont think they have that kind of transfer policy. Look at their transfer activity in last summer transfer window, which they bought Andre Gomes (35 mill euro), Alcacer (30 mill euro), and Umtiti (25 mill euro). I'm sure they still have enough money to bring another star player in upcoming transfer window. And I dont think Coutinho would back to Serie A, since he still has high motivation to play in higher level.

Barcelona liverpool want Coutinho but surely liverpool wouldn't losing coutinho, he take a big part on liverpool performance right now and klopp has tell will not sell him maybe the only way can make countinho leave if liverpool not get one title in this year.

I think he will not leave liverpool just because liverpool didn't get a trophy this season. He even really want to get a trophy with liverpool. So before he get at least one, he will stay with liverpool. And Also Liverpool is his home now, his kids was born in Liverpool.
Dont think he is as tied to liverpool as you think, im sure that he will leave if he gets a call from barcelona next season to play with Neymar. The fact that his children were born in liverpool wont affect his decision

What are the possible big transfers during this transfer window? There is nothing in newspapers, so probablly there will be no big transfers?

For your first question, here is my answer. The only big rumour for January is just Philipe Coutinho to Barcelona.
And for your second question, my answer is yes, probably there will no big transfer because I don't think Coutinho will leave liverpool for now.

After a wonderful game from Virgil Van Dijk when Southampton draw against Liverpool, Now Liverpool planned to sign him in January. But with he still have a long contract in southampton, Van Dijk will have an expensive price tag.

*Another Southampton player will jpin to Liverpool

He'll be a good signing for sure.  I won't be surprised if the other top teams in the EPL are looking to sign him as well.  Both the Manchester clubs are in dire need of a good quality center back right now.  But more United than City.  It may also make the most sense for Mourinho to acquire him and partner him with Blind since they might have a good Dutch dynamic going on at the back.
If I didn't count wrong, Virgil Van Dijk will be the sixth player to join Liverpool from Southampton if he does join them in January. Manchester United unlikely has the chance to sign him, there been a lot of deal running from Southampton and Liverpool, Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana, Clyne , Lovren and the latest Sadio Mane since 2014, Anfield will definitely be Van Dijk or the club primary choice.
i think you might be correct and Southampton always be producing great players and one of the best talented players from this team is Bale and he has been change became one of the most successful players in the world so everytime Southampton have several talented young players other big teams will trying to buy those players because maybe they were tempting with their talent

That right, and that's a very interesting tidbit there.  Could there be a forged relationship behind the scenes between the Fenway Sports Group and the owners of Southampton FC?  It's surely no coincidence that Liverpool has been practically raiding Southampton for their players.
I think it's a matter of business, MU also robbed many players Soton. Sometimes I do not understand why Soton is too easy to sell his star player. This like Arsenal when move to new stadium.
i think if Manchester united pays more he will go to them as we seen with Luke Shaw as he preferred to go with Chelsea but Southampton got better deal with United also they sold them Morgan Schneiderlin and there is fellow mates from Netherland so we could see him move to them especialy when Mourinho is looking to improve the defence
