Memphis on Juve radar as James backup

Juventus is monitoring out-of-favor Manchester United winger Memphis Depay. The Dutchman is seen as a potential plan B if the club cannot land Real Madrid star James Rodriguez.
Source: The Sun

It could be good for Memphis, he might get more chances to play regularly in Juventus. It is also good fo Juventus, Juve may take him to Juventus Stadium on loan. While if Juve want James, then they need to spend big money which will not so good for them.
Perhaps if Memphis move to Juventus then he can be the next Pogba, useless in MU but finally be a significant player for his team.

He was a great player in dutch league and it seems he wasnt fit enough to be in the premier league. It will be a waste if manchester united let this player go as he actually has a good potential to be a great player. One thing for sure he should contain his selfishness or else he will destroy his own career
He must take a decision to move for a while at least by moving to another club he will get more time to play and when he has back to the best perform, manchester will bring him back to old trafford.

Diego Godin will be the best for Manchester United, he can throw the defence problem in manchester united this season. But Virgil Van Dijk as an alternative is good enough I think. He is solid in Southampton in a few season.

It will be great to see him so optimistic about this, the fact is that he might not last until the winter transfer if he cant win any game. Pretty sure that bringing more defender in will just be a useless thing to do when their defender currently isnt just that bad. What matter the most for now is a solid midfielder , especially a defensive one

Messi did not renew his contract with Barcelona expires in 2018.
If he changes  team could go to Manchester City of Guardiola.
the rumour about messi could leaving barcelona and to join manchester city already exist since 2 years ago when pep guardiola announce will not stay at bayern munich and move to premier league.

the messi transfer really can happened , as usual money are the reason. wort to wait.

If we heard some rumours about Messi will leave Barcelona, I think it would be an ordinary rumour. The rumour messi will leave Barcelona is always shown in every year, but he never leave the club.

The premier league has more stars per team when compared to other leagues, I dont think Coutinho will leave for Spain tho, i think he enjoys the league but he may be tempted to play with Neymar if they have the chance. They have been friends for a long time
Yeah sometimes friendship could be a main factor for a player moving to another team, e.g David Luiz with Thiago Silva and Zlatan with Maxwell. Well if Liverpool dont win any title in this season, then I think Coutinho will leave Liverpool for real.

That's a fair assessment.  But imho, he shouldn't leave just yet and give it one more season after this if ever they don't win anything.  Do you remember when Bale left for Real Madrid because Tottenham only finished 5th?  If he hadn't left there was a big chance they would finish top 4 under Andre Villas Boas as the team would still have some stability.  When Bale left, they acquired around 6 new players in and this affected their style and stability on the pitch.  There was just too many new faces in the team and it was like they were trying to find their form all over again.
Yeah, but at that time, Tottenham were relying too much on Bale and did not play like a team. I dont think the team that playing like that will win any title. Well atleast Tottenham now has been better than when Bale was still there.

Coutinho has a contract with Liverpool until July 2020, no release clause exists so he's going nowhere unless Liverpool decide to sell.

What will probably happen is he'll sign a new deal with much bigger wages at Liverpool & his agent will demand a massive release clause is inserted, something like 70 million GBP.

If Barca want him they'll have to pay big especially when that useless Pogba went for 89 million.
Either way Coutinho is going nowhere in January, quote me on it.

Quoting you on this, he might not leave in january however you cant really tell how things will turn on the summer transfer. Financial situation might be their problem so there are some chances that he will leave and also there is no point to hold up a player that wants to move, either way liverpool is going to sell him when he wants to leave

Oh for sure.  With everything going very well with Liverpool and their manager, Coutinho will definitely not leave anytime soon.  Klopp can make history with LFC, so it's really, very likely that Coutinho would want to be a part of that.  Clubs like Barca and Real, however big they are, are stale due to their 'big club' status.  It's all about maintaining where they are and making money for them.  There's no challenge anymore which make them uninteresting.

coutinho so far didn't show his desire to win a lot of title, there's no reason for him to leave as he can be a liverpool legend , but yeah there' a fact that win few title only makes some player mean nothing. coutinho don't want to be one of them.

Where do you get this quote from? So far from what I've known, winning a trophy is every players dream no matter what sport you are into so coutinho will want to win one as well. He might leave even when liverpool win the trophy as there is no point for him to stay in liverpool unless he wants to follow gerrard's step

Yeah, that's very understandable.  All players have a dream to become legends and win stuff.  It's what motivates them to practice and work hard everyday for their clubs.  The sad reality is some players tend to be swayed by money.  It's a rare trait to be loyal to a club and stay through the bad times these days.  Steven Gerrard is a good example of a man loyal to his club.

currently very rarely to see the player could only play for one team during his career i think soon or late Coutinho will moves to other teams and indeed he is important player for Liverpool and he has helping Liverpool went to the first rank and maybe Liverpool will keep him from being moved to another team so because still rumour very possible this is would not happening

If coutinho wants to play together with Neymar, don'tbring coutinho to barcelona, but bring neymar to liverpool.
premier league will be so good for neymar. But I don't think it will happen, the chance coutinho to leave liverpool and join barcelona is bigger than neymar join liverpool.

It is almost impossible for Liverpool to bring Neymar to Anfield, his buy out clause is too big for Liverpool even to any teams. It is also not Liverpool's habit to buy players with high price. If Liverpool want Coutinho to stay then they should offer something to him. Give new contract with high buy out clause and increase his salary might be the best way to make him stay at Anfield unless Countinho really want to leave, so Liverpool will not able to do anything.

True liverpool never buy a player with high prices because in my opinion it was not his habit. I think it is impossible Neymar to move to liverpool. I believe Coutinho would not move because he was at home in liverpool because he played very well here. But it is very hard for liverpool because Coutinho being targeted barcelona. It may be true as you say, Coutinho would not go unless he wants to go.
