Probably he is lying to all of us. He is Turkish community member and as you can see quoted post below,
he claimed that he has no house, no car and even no job. But suddenly sold his house Smiley
Don't take him so serious.

yahh .... it turns out it's just an OP scenario  Grin

but whatever the OP says, I recommend securing your money or investment with bitcoin and not altcoin. I think only bitcoin has high hopes for investment right now, on the other hand bitcoin prices are currently around $ 8,3k, so don't miss this opportunity to buy it.
My sincere suggestion would be no different from yours. Bitcoin is the most promising coin in terms of financial benefits. People who invested in it at early stages or during downfall were able to bring a noticeable change in their financial status. We have examples with us that became millionaire with the help of this coin. As we all know that bitcoin is going through its dip at the moment, so now is the chance to get world’s most expensive asset.

I do not understand such moves. People at first sell their house and after that they ask on forum what to do with their money? That is weird.
Do your own research, its your money, you can´t trust anyone, especially when you are investich such big amount of money.  Cool

20k$ = BNB
20k$ = ADA

20k$ = NEO
10k$ = XRP

This is the stupidest thing I've seen in a long time. In no case do not need to sell your home in order to make investments. Especially if you do not know exactly what you can earn.
The more you buy altcoins, which are falling in price, instead of having to buy bitcoin.

I think its a very risky decision. Selling hard asset for crypto is a decision which I never recommended. Bedside that your altcoins list is good to go. But I would suggest its better to hold 40-50% of your portfolio in bitcoin.

You are crazy a bit, but I hope it's not in vain Smiley
I would buy a XLM (Stellar) instead of a XEM. Well, or in half, at least.
And, of course, you need to buy bitcoin, as many people said above.

Solding a house if not good to take up some investment to earn and much bigger than you expect theres a way to loss also for that investment. Maybe you can try not more than bigger for investing altcoins at now bitcoin get decreasing at this few of days.
Not reccomended idea to sold your asset just to buy risky investment is very wrong .

All do the OP can earn with that investment but its too risky since you see we are still in the bear market and we dont know how long this bear market will continue.

It would have been better if you invested all the money on bitcoin, you will get your result in a short term, since you invested in altcoin the bad news is you may have to wait for years before you make good gains and the good news is the selected coins on your lists will bring you better profits because they are popular coins

You are not kidding. Is it true you have sold a house to invest in Altcoin? if this is just kidding I will not give advice to you.
if it is true that you have already sold to buy altcoin then your decision is very brave and very high risk because the investment can be profit and loss so be careful. My advice is you should also buy BTC coins because bitcoin has the highest price among altcoins.
it is true. the OP is too brave to take risks, if only the OP makes the wrong decision then he will really lose a lot of his money and not only that, the OP will really lose his house and the worst possibility he will lose his mind.

i hope that does not happen and the OP will benefit as he expected.

In my opinion, your actions are very excessive and you sacrifice your house for sale only to buy coins which in my opinion are not necessarily profitable and you have to choose the right coins to get a profit and you can buy a house again.
I don't understand with you why you didn't put Bitcoin and Ethereum on your list, which in my opinion will definitely be profitable and there is a possibility you will be able to buy your house back or a house that is more expensive than that house, but it all depends on how much you buy it to invest.

just pray and be very careful of what token or coin you select to buy as you had sold the house already and not lossing the funds is the main aim now cos the bear market is still very much here and i can see that the whole market might take another years to bounce back and that tells you how long you have to wait to reap what you sow.

OMG OP, what have you done? Those coins are not moving significantly in the last 2 years except BNB. But I think BNB's fame has gone over because IEOs are now busted and CZ's pump machine does not have enough power to make investors believe that there is still profit or magic in investing non-sense hyped tokens. You better find a job and just forget about it and perhaps that in the next 2-3 years, the crypto market will be much more friendly to us and the best you can get is recover all you funds to get your house back.

Perhaps the person meant that he did not sell his only home and that he has a place to live. In this case, we can talk about the justification of the investment. As noted above, the portfolio must necessarily have strong coins, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and others from the highest echelon.
That also can be consider as the fact of investing this is a hard decision to make, the chance of being busted or loses everything if you failed to workout with good projects around. If he still have some funds left he can add Bitcoin or if possible he can change up portfolios and buy Bitcoin more than half of his assets.
It's tough to watch what market will bring you, the only thing now is to wait for the results.

I think you need to review your coin investment. I don't see the bitcoin and eth at your investment. I think you can add those coin because all we know that those two coin are the most progressive and fast moving coin. Before you invest in everything specially in crypto industry you need to have some research before you invest.

As soon as any coin in your wallet goes up sell it and Buy some Ethereum and Bitcoin almost 30% investment must be in Bitcoin and Ethereum and remaining 70% in the top ten Altcoins.

Your total investment is $ 110k, why don't you list BTC and ETH as your investment even though these two coins have good potential, and I want to ask again whether you really invested that much or just bullshit.

I am 99% sure that this guys is just trolling or just trying to increase his post count. Or this may be a desperate attempt to get some merit points. That apart, this is not the fist time I am seeing crazy threads like this one here in Bitcointalk. You can check this thread which is 5 years old:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/im-all-in-sold-my-house-508254

This was slightly more believable and back then the OP claimed that he received BTC648 from the sale (didn't specified whether this was the amount before or after the taxes were deducted). Now let's assume that he received BTC648 after the deduction of the taxes. Back then one Bitcoin was worth around $460 and now the exchange rates stand at $8,200.

So in short this guy received coins worth $300,000 six years ago and the net worth of those coins stands at $5,300,000 now. His last update was in 2016, when he claimed that he is still holding on to all of those coins.
