25 Jun 2020 04:04 | Left FedEX origin facility SHENZHEN CN

May I ask did your last order get this far or did it stop 1 short of this line?

I have seen  the June 24 line and I have been looped/delayed many time after that line on my orders from 2013 to 2020

I have also seen the June 25 line and most often it moves fairly quickly if that show up.

So all told you have 10,000 english pounds on the line?

What shipper ?

what is destination country?

Shipper is Fedex, country is UK. Tracking info shows the following updates:

23 Jun 2020 21:27 | Shipment information sent to FedEx

24 Jun 2020 21:27 | Picked up SHENZHEN CN, Package received after FedEx cutoff

25 Jun 2020 04:04 | Left FedEX origin facility SHENZHEN CN

Personally, I think this looks promising that the delivery HAS left the factory and is on-route (fingers crossed), and if this is correct it shows that at least SOME orders ARE leaving the factory despite the internal dispute.

Many times a number is given to a shipper and shipper reports the number but the shipper is vet to get the item.

lets say it is dhl going to usa.  I would not feel safe that it is moving until it is said to have left the country.

maybe you will be lucky my fingers are crossed for you not against you Grin

Yes - this is what has happened with my first order of 12 x units (as detailed in my earlier post). I wish Bitmain would just admit there is an issue and there will be a delay, offer compensation etc - but they just ignore what I'm saying and reply with silly responses such as 'the units have been shipped'... 'check your user centre for updates'... and now have stopped communicating completely. This in itself is unprofessional, but the whole situation in the first place (the internal dispute) just blows my mind for a company of this size... just awful!

I am fairly ignorant to the Bitmain supply chain. Is there a chance this is from their factories outside of China. I commented previously that they had mentioned shipments involving mainland China, so all those Tariff dodging factories might still be producing and shipping for the time being. I definitely don't know who controls what, but then again neither does Bitmain lol.

1) the freeze is ended
2) a bribe was paid and some stuff was moved out for multiple customers.
3) unknown
4) notification of an order  collected by a courier may not mean much.

any of the above are possible.

At the moment it is very simple they are having an internal struggle and are not shipping to anyone.

If they are not shipping to anyone, then why have I received notification of shipment of a different (and older) order today (which shows the items HAVE been collected by the courier / have left the factory)?

You can send 1 email every day and ask for a refund. Be polite.

At the moment it is very simple they are having an internal struggle and are not shipping to anyone.

Maybe if you ask 1 time at about 11am China time mon to fri just maybe they will refund you.

Most likely you will have along wait and then get gear.
They may offer a coupon to make up for the delay.

I am sorry you got caught up in the delay.

Feel free to quote this reply when you send them an email.

Good luck.

I'm totally confused with what's going on with Bitmain deliveries at the moment. I did start a new thread in the hope people would discuss and share their experiences but as with almost all threads I post, it was deleted shortly afterwards with no explanation or message from any admin.

I have 2 orders outstanding with Bitmain currently. The first is a 'spot order' of 12 x T17+ ordered beginning of June. with promise of shipping within 7 days. Bitmain created a shipping label on 7th June but to date have not shipped the items. They are insisting the items HAVE been shipped however I've spoken to the shipping company and they insist that although a label has been created, the items have not in fact been dispatched. I am stuck in a helpless loop, Bitmain will not help (in fact ignoring my communications now) and neither will Fedex. I honestly don't know what to do next.

On the flipside, I have a second order of 24 x S17e which I ordered in May (for delivery June 1st - 30th) batch, and these were dispatched successfully today with the tracking number showing the units have been collected by the courier (meaning they are on their way and have left the Bitmain factory). These have been dispatched from the Shenzen factory so it shows some units ARE leaving the factory despite the negative news.

If anyone can offer advice on what I should do regarding the 1st order of 12 x T17+ i'd be eager to hear from you.

Ouch, it seems that the battle between Micree Zhan and Jihan Wu is getting really ugly and the customers pay the price in this particular case.  Sad

Well, at least it is easy for MicroBT and Canaan and others to improve their sales..

yeah I am looking to get some more what's miner gear.

I've been reading the reports that make it into my news feed. Sounds absolutely bonkers what's been going on, Physically taking over offices with hired security, both sides seemingly winning different little victories in courts, and then the general I'll burn this to the ground if I don't win sentiment. I feel for anyone who has paid Bitmain for this gear.
It was a few days ago that i read that all shipment from mainland were being stopped. Not sure what that means for any of their proxy factories or if any of them were producing the S19 models.

Interesting thought though is that I always wondered when and how Bitmain might get knocked off the pedestal, and it appears it will be their own doing and completely internal.

Okay Miner Expert official sales channel posted this on telegram

this is the link to read it

According to deep tide and block rhythm reports, Zhanke Tuan requested the Shenzhen factory to detain the miners of paid miners.  A miner who ordered the Ant S19 mining machine said that the Ant S19 series mining machine originally scheduled for shipment on Saturday had no news of delivery.

One Bitmain employee said, "It has been informed that the Shenzhen company can only execute the orders of legal representatives. A few days ago, a car was stopped to leave the factory door, and no car to pick up the goods in the past few days."

We confirmed from multiple channels that Shenzhen shipments are indeed at a standstill.  Analysis shows that if the two parties fail to negotiate to solve this problem in a timely manner, leading to the delayed delivery of the futures paid by the miners, it may cause very bad consequences.  After all, the miners receive the machine one day later, that is, they earn one day less money, and the mine’s electricity bill will be paid if it is not done. No one knows how to call it "Jade and Stone Burning", and "Fishing the Nets".

According to Coindesk, Igor Runets, CEO of BitRiver, one of Russia’s largest mining custodians, said that customers are not satisfied with the long waiting time, partly due to internal problems, and many of his customers have turned to Bitmain’s main  Competitor Shenma mining machine.

What is more pessimistic is that because Zhan controls the supply chain and Wu controls the finances, the delivery problem will be deadlocked for a long time. This deadlock will not be solved unless one party has completely obtained all powers, such as Wu regaining the legal person in Beijing, or Zhan winning in the Cayman court, or one party negotiating to withdraw.

What does this mean?

Delays for your gear if you purchased from bitmain.

how long

I have zero idea.

Shenma = what's miner
