S19 pro 110th = $8400
S19 95th = $7500
T19 88TH = $7000

This list is for gears in stock, the price is cheaper for future batches, also notice that I obtained these prices yesterday so expect a 5-10% variance in prices, I would also advise against paying this much, none of these prices seem logical to me, but to each his own strategy.

I already sold and transferred them all, but I did test initially with trying to order multiple S19 ($1,897) and it let me apply a maximum of 189 coupons for each unit.

Anyway, it might not be worthless to some IF THE COUPONS ARE TRADABLE. I hope you are on EU website and not Chinese one.

My order shipped and they issued 1,500+ $1 coupons that can only deduct a maximum of 10% on new orders and expire 12/31. Pretty much worthless to me.

They were in "stock" when I paid for them Sept 17th

They shipped Oct 20th. the only saving grace is as of today all my gear is running and I do not need the spare psu's.

I think the increased shipping will only be an issue for anyone that had miners and PSUs in the same order where they are making you place a new order for the miners without PSUs and increasing the shipping on the new order. I don't understand why they wouldn't honor the original shipping rate being that it weighs even less now or even just modify the original order and apply a credit.

To clarify, the $3.34 discount that was applied to the new order was only applied because the new order with increased shipping was $3.34 more than my original order. They did not make me pay more, but I am paying the exact same price without getting a PSU and not receiving any true credit.

I'm more interested in seeing if I get raped or not on the coupons and I'm foreseeing there will be nothing available to purchase before they expire anyway since that's how it usually goes.

Bad news for me. They are claiming DHL increased shipping fees despite it weighing less. The fee happens to be equal to almost exactly what the PSU cost. I got a $3.34 discount applied to the new order...lol. I really wish Canaan would offer some better gear already.

I'm still not entirely sure what's going on because I did use the link when I first received it, chose wire transfer but never paid, and the order ended up getting cancelled and deleted. I never heard back from the person that originally sent the email and updated an existing support ticket. Support finally replied to the ticket. They deleted my original order from May, added this new order back stating it was paid with balance, but sent nothing to compensate for missing PSU. They're also stating delivery may be delayed until after November 10. I am now wondering if the coupons will be based on original expected delivery date or new order date since the original order and expected delivery date is now deleted. Based on what they are claiming to send for coupons, it's already at close to $1500 for a single miner.

Ok now that is a different story, after reading their emails for 10 times or so I think what I understood from this part:

Is that you will need to re-order the miner without a PSU through the single-use link they sent you, which is a special link to a miner only, and they want you to choose USD wire so that the order won't expire until they mark it "paid", they will probably deduct the mount from the first paid order and send it to fund the "new" order, and the balance will be sent to your account.

So it looks like you need to email them again and get another link, it's really hard to understand Bitmain staff, I guess we all suffer from this.

A tip: Always email them in the morning (China time) you will get a much faster response.

A bit different. I received a BTC refund last year for what you're talking about and those never included links directing you to place another order. This is specifically telling me to place a new order with wire transfer and provided a one-time use link for bulk ordering that didn't let you change the quantity, which expired after accessing. They've still been sending emails about coupons being provided based on PPS value for lost days once it actually ships, but I've heard nothing back on whether they wanted me to complete a new order or not and has since expired anyway. The only way to get a BTC refund this time is to cancel the order and request refund after being 60 days late. Guess I'll see if they ever respond or ship original order.

Phill and I ( as well as a few other members) had the same Email last year IIRC, so we are familiar with "Bitmain Balance" thing, there was a whole topic regarding that which I can't seem to find, anyway, you don't have to do anything now, they will ship the miner without a PSU and the PSU's value would be credited to your Bitmain account.

When you wish to use it, all you have to do is select USD Wire (so that your order won't expire in 2 hours), and then send them an email tell them you wish to use your balance to pay for your order ID xxxxxx, and since they have nothing for sale at this moment, then all you can do is make sure the balance shows in your account and leave it there.

When this happened to us last year, they gave us an option to "Withdraw" the balance, it took about 60 days for the BTC to show up, so do ask them if that is an option, if not - just wait until they have something else for sale which you might want to buy.
