It is not surprising, because I think the new what is going to happen. They had so much work a year ago and they have just quitted the industry. I will not wonder, if they would suddenly appear when the next bull run comes.

Many well-known bounty managers we have seen in the past seem to have disappeared collectively in recent months.
Of course, the “disappeared” here does not mean that they are missing, but their bounty topics.
I made a list here and we can see that they have no any new bounty topic for at least 2 months.

There are very many small bounty managers with their bounty topics have been disappeared for a long time, I have not listed.
In addition,yahoo62278, Lauda have no new bounty topic for a long time, but are still active. I am not sure if they will fall asleep too.
These bounty managers used to be very busy, but now in this bear market, they are collectively unemployed. When a noisy market is experiencing a cold winter, everything goes to silence, whether it is a bounty hunter or a bounty manager.
Maybe the best wintering method in winter is hibernation.

Are this managers good? Maybe they see the fakes and do not want to work with fakes? I hope that I am right about these people and other bounty managers.

I do not think this should scare us or make us panic in anyway. There are still lots of bounty campaigns with super active bounty managers. It's just that the present market does not really pay the bounty hunters, as I harly pget paid for my work.

are they really leaving? I think they only took a short break when the market was falling and not significant activity on the ico they held. and if it's true they leave, there should be a notice from the bounty that the manager will be replaced, but so far for the bounty that I have followed not done it, and sylon I think is a good manager and there is no way he can come out.

just checked and some of those "well-known" managers are still active but not pretty much as before, since there are more new manager coming and there's lot of bounty platforms that project can used to manage their bounty instead hiring a manager on bitcointalk forum.

Maybe those bounty manager are now busy with other job except of being a bounty manager. Also we need to be careful to choose the project because some of the bounty manager also promoting scam ICO's.

In my own opinion, most projects takes a little longer to finish sales at ICO, and this automatically increases the bounty duration. Managing a bounty is not an easy task, and having a long duration bounty makes it worse for the managers, hence the need to reduce the numbers of bounties to manage.

Needmoney and other people from tokensuite (now tokendrop) team got negative trust for promoting SCAM ICO bounty, i'm also the victim.
Sylon got banned for post in bitcointalk forum for 1 month (i got this information from his telegram). but i think he's back online now.
as we can see, we should be careful when choosing some bounty, even the managers are well-known by member of this forum, it does not mean that the project/ICO is good.

It's understandable because of the nature of the market environment now. it's not really suitable to run ICO as public interest had reduced significantly.

Edwardard was a campaign manager, and he's pretty much gone although he keeps bumping his resume thread on occasion.

The issue is that there just aren't as many campaigns as there used to be.  Last year you couldn't go a day without a new one popping up to apply to, and now it's weeks and sometimes even longer.  Also, Lutpin seems to have deteriorated as a manager and although he's not missing in action, I think he's on his way out.

Because of the bear market, many ICO decided to postpone the sale of tokens, and those that are already running conduct new rounds. Therefore, there is no sense in bounty campaigns at this time and managers are unemployed. But I continue to monitor their activity in the hope that cryptospring will come soon and we will be able to earn again.

Due to the fact that many projects do not pay bonuses to hunters and the evolutions of the market so many people give up the bounty. ICO projects are not salient with bounty campaigns.

Many of the bounty manager mentioned are quality bounty managers that have hosted many successful campaign. However, in the course many campaign, some of them have scam accusations hanging on their neck while some are just chilling because of downtrend situation of cryptocurrency market!

Who knows what's happening to them. Some of them might have seen a job that is better than bounty management. Another thing is that some may also have some personal issues that are dealing with which is not giving them time to focus on ICO bounties.

The disappearance of the bounty manager is related to the decline of the ICO, and a large number of ICO failures are a fatal blow to the bounty mission. The departure of the bounty manager has proved the decline of the cryptocurrency, or the decline of the ICO.

It is better to be safe than to be sorry. I do not see any reason why they should take part in bounties that will smear their reputation. There are too many scam ICOs that looks real and promising.

hi, I have participated in a bounty from sylon, but until now there have been no updates about the token distribution. did he really disappear. if it's true, then this will be a loss for me because bounty may not be paid if sylon disappears. These are some of the effects of the market that don't improve.

I am also surprised that most reputable bounty managers are also having hard time promoting an ICO or finding those bounties. Most of those ICO nowadays are having hard time reaching their softcaps andemp their hard caps are super low so I believe that those experienced bounty managers know that they will also waste their time if the project will not reach the goal and they will also not be paid right? Handling a bounty campaign is a pain in the ass, specially if you only have limited employee to handle each campaigns with thousands of participants.

It is a natural circulation in a business, I don't find it alarming. Some people simply moved to more profitable business, and there will always be people willing to do bounty managers at actual rates.  Wink
