I would advice not to gamble on freebitco.in but only make use of their other features (faucet, earning interest, lottery). House edge is 5 % on their Hi Lo game, which is high compared to other sites.

I have never win the freebitco main $200.00 lottery by getting a dice roll of 10,000. I also have never won the mini progressive jackpot of rolling all 8's. Yeah. You have actually no sense. Because there is no ads in freebitco.in & this site doesn't earn a single amount from ads.

What kind of fake reason did he tell you that he is not going to make the system fair?
Technical difficulty reason. If they got a technical difficulty then why we need not-fair lottery system?

the probability to win in lottery always have a super tiny chance so just get used to it.
I always thought people are only gambling there because they try to increase their collected dust to a reasonable amount instead of getting those small transactions which only rise the fees of further transactions.
But no matter what the intention of the site was, if you are able to implement a save gambling site (save for the owner) you should also be able to make it provably fair for the users.
Otherwise you should expect to be accused of cheating the user.

Maybe they are interested in implementing a more transparent lottery system. They are running this site more successfully quite long time but they got a difficult to implement a more transparent system. They got many followers because of faucet money but these people don't understand that owner of this site is collecting back that free money through a lottery system.
Freebitco.in was one of the first website I visited when I was still farming in faucets.. And yes it's legit, a friend of mine just told me that he won a lottery there worth 0.008
