As long as they can't prove their system is fair then we can think that winners belong to them and that part site owner needs to prove that they are not rigging and not me. If he needs more time to come up with fair system why can't he stop it lottery system time being?

I have not won there but I play there fairly often. I also thought noone ever won there. I'm not so sure they work it out properly. It seems less likely then it should be to win. Yes they won into freebitcoin lottery but the amount is too cheap the 10 place I get. That's why I stop to buy ticket because I used many bitcoin to buy ticket but I won only the 10 place.
