Thats a very dangerous mindset to have in gambling, especially if you are in an altered emotional state from having lost money. Thats what most if not all gambling casinos rely on, at the end of the day. They want you to become so disoriented and emotionally unstable that you make a bad decision and give them all you money. Thats basically their business plan.

I think that is why it is utterly important to discipline yourself with hard rules which you have decided on beforehand. Rules like the amount of money you are willing to lose/win before leaving the casino. Or if you feel yourself getting angry, its time to leave for the day. Rules like that.

Follow a strict disciplined gambling style and you will find your losses become a lesser deal.

I know this feeling very well, after a few losses you start winning again and your brain tells you that you are on a winning streak now. To me it doesn't really seem like there are streaks in gambling, every new day will bring us back to the exact same games with the exact same chances of winning. Our brain likes to see patterns, that is also why we want to bet on black if we see a long red streak in roulette. Somehow our brain tries to predict the future based on past results. It is on us to make sure that we don't fall into this thinking, we know better that the gambling rounds are not connected and every coin toss or dice throw has the same probability of outcome. In my opinion it is better to limit our gambling time before hand, if we give ourselves 1 or 2 hours in the evening to play on a casino we should make sure that it doesn't turn into 3 or 4 hours. Having clear boundaries when it comes to gambling also makes sure that we are not at risk to become addicted to gambling easily.

It is called a gambler who relies on luck who believes that he/she cannot lose and will always win at gambling, something that is not right and good to be a gambler's mind. winning at gambling is like luck. i've experienced what you're going through.
but no one can beat the bookie, so for me winning at gambling is just a bonus when you play your skill at gambling. so when i win at gambling in a row i will never expect to win more and i continue the next day.
maybe when you win in a row if you continue and hope to win more you will lose more, because the bookies always win
