this card is 100% legal and there are no fraudulent personal infos used.
Each client has to provide full KYC with ID and has to get approved by the bank.
The card offers great features and is good for 3 years.

I dont know what btc-e is but I know that most of my clients use the card
to exchange bitcoins via bitstamp.net or localbitcoins.com and have the money
sent to the cards bank account.

Visa Business cards and cards from BZ WBK have not been troubled, also the anonymous
prepaid cards still work fine of some sellers but should be used with caution. After a while
everything should be back to normal.
But who will trust them now?
