Though things indicated that it got resolved [since OP no longer pursued the matter], let me try to reach their rep and be sure of the current status of this case.

To prevent this from happening, this is monitored by our risk management department and the anti-fraud system. Clayton77 was spotted in the list of other players using the same strategies for sports betting to complete the bonus wagering requirements quickly.

We do not disclose the details of investigations to prevent abusers from using this information for their purposes to bypass our anti-fraud system. For obvious reasons, this may cause financial losses to our company.

But, regardless of these circumstances, we returned his deposit in full.

If I may clarify the part of your post that I underlined, your team put him on the list because he shares the same strategy like other abusers, i.e. betting pattern and preferences? Yes, it would be good if all this was nothing more than a mistake on their part, but it is more than clear that their objective is not to pay and steal money from customers who are winners.

I don't have, I never have and I never will have, duplicate accounts and when registering at this bookmaker they only ask for an email and password, there is no further information in the profile which is even more ridiculous, if they have doubts regarding my person and my identity , so why don't they ask me for documents and why don't they give me a rigorous check? This doesn't make sense, being accused of double accounts by a rubbish bookmaker that didn't even ask me for documents to confirm and verify my personal information.

I also didn't abuse the bonus and it would be impossible to abuse the bonus, as I only bet for 24 hours, received a single bonus and completed the entire rollover.

It would be great if these thieves came here publicly to explain this whole situation and also show proof of what they accuse me of! Faced with so many doubts, nothing like them clarifying everything here publicly, that would be great.

Can you perhaps post this email in form of screenshot? That way, its validity will be more reliable. If you'll do so, please make sure you covered any personal information within that screenshot that'll reveal your personal identity [email address, name, etc.]

If this is all really a simple misunderstanding, that you never created an account with them before and no abuses of bonus ever happened, I'll try to invite their representative here, just to be sure that it is indeed a misunderstanding and mix-up that they can sort out from their side.

Yes, I questioned them to identify which terms I violated, but so far I have not received any response. They were not and are not clear in telling me what it was, because in fact nothing could have been and if I really committed it If there is an error, then identify it and provide proof of it.

This morning I logged into my account and only saw that they credited me with the exact amount of my deposit and that I was missing around €1100. I went to the live chat several times and the last time I went they informed me that I violated terms and that the bonus balance was canceled for these reasons. I was surprised and insisted that they give me proof of what they accused me of, but they said I should send a message to get more information. What exactly are the conditions they accuse you of violating? Didn't they identify the violations you allegedly committed? They must tell you exactly what the violations are.

Unfortunately, these complaints are always repeated in this section. There are dozens of similar stories here. After making a profit, the site deletes the profits or bans the users.
