AFAIK, it isn't possible to reset a username

Hoping to get a response via btctalk thread.
Have sent several messages requesting assistance, and havent heard back in many days.
I have been trying for a long time now to get access into my old bitsler account.
I reset my username using my email and google 2FA, and it says reset completed.
However, when I attempt to log into the site, it continues to say that i am using incorrect username/password combo.
please help! i'm getting no response via bitsler site and email address!

Hey this new update is indeed a well thought update, though few bugs and issues are popping up I feel that’s natural as one can’t discover every bug in one go. In my personal opinion the site loads faster and smoother which is very important these days, even on a slow mobile data I found it loading quickly. As others have rightly said it, Bitsler team has indeed worked wonders with this update for it’s users.
Speed is very important during those days.When hardwares improved dramatically on devices, including mobile devices, users will feel very uncomfortable and dissapointed if the platform does not work smoothly and fastly.
Therefore, the Bitslter team actually made their works almost perfectly.
Of course, some improvements should and might be made soon, but I totally satisfied with the current newest version.
Even small bets get adequate speed now which is good for low-budget gamblers like me. Although I have to get used to this new design, but overall, the site runs smoothly.

I known about the Bitsler via campaign, and to be honest I felt I was very luckilly to have chance to know about Bitsler in early days I known crypto online gambling.That's a amazing gambling site.

tested the new v3, it doesnt work most of the time you hit start for auto dice and nothing. after loading it 10 or so times I did get it to start rolling, getting about 1 roll/sec max. ran fortunejack test at the same time fortune gets 3 rolls / sec aprox. The speed setting on bitsler seems to have no effect in my tests always 1 roll/sec at best no matter where I put the slider. Fix the bugs and it may be fun. really just barely works IE 1 out of 20 launch attempts and it actually starts going

now after some time betting with the new version of Bitsler
I can say that it is way faster and a better experience overall
I was missing the left hand menu bar , but I just realised that most of the functions I needed are accessible easier and faster
my only complain was BTSR coins claiming quest, where you had to click 3-4 times to get it and return to betting
but it has been fixed with the new+ update

Very nice update on the v3, hope everything works better than previous version. I'm just shocked to know about the Bitsler Web Application, it must be the first gambling site that use this technology because I have never heard any sites use the same thing before especially in this bitcoin gambling industry. What a great job you've just done for this update.

I see that its ready to be downloaded as well on desktops, phones and tablets but I tried to search in google playstore, I see 1 app for Bitsler and its not official. How do we download this on our phones? Is it available in playstore and IOS?
Hello,Bitsler app is not available yet on IOS or on Android Playstore, so please do not download any apps from any of the said sites. However, the latest update "Bitsler v3" uses modern web technology and one of this is called PWA(progressive web app). By employing this technology, a player can "Install" Bitsler as a Web Application.
A simple demonstration of this feature:(Using latest version of Chrome as of the writing "Version 72.0.3626.119")
1. Open the options menu of chrome and look for "Install Bitsler..."
2. After clicking the "Install Bitsler..." A confirmationation popup message will appear, you just click "Install"
3. This create a shortcut icon on you Desktop(as you can see below) and loads the Bitsler site as a Web App.
4. You can now just simply double click the icon to open up Bitsler.
