Guessing when it will struck the 28 billionth bet is not that bad but I think you need to have some kind of open window in which you will accept contestants as people will take advantage of the time it is nearing the goal. This promotion will really remove the chances of bots taking advantage of the previous promotions Bitsler have. But another downside is there might not be a winner at all as the possibility of their predictions might be way off compared to the actual time.

It wont be that easy if the guess should be in hour, minute, and second details. The one with closest prediction win, even if we know it will happen in day X and xx hour but it wont be easy to predict the closest minute and second and obviously the prediction should be posted before it is getting closed to the billionth bet. Lets say the prediction closed 500 millions bet before the billionth bet (just an example).

Yes many of them are going to spam on this but it is because of it is not a big deal for bitsler as I say why bothering abot this thing anyway? It has been running for so many billions and yet suddenly someone complaining about this. First thing as I can say from the start bitsler opening, you guys are the one saying asking for bot with faster roll and now when the 1 btc promotion regularly hit then you guys are asking to limit it as well. Isn't bots controlled by humans as well? If they did that a lot of normal members will suffer as well, the sad thing here is that a lot of real members might not participate as they lack the time needed to know the promotion as well. So changing the date of announcement will do no good for the real members it might be even beneficial to the bots as they will have less competition in the promotion.

its hard to do an impromptu promotion if they are tied to bil rolls
pretty easy to gauge by the speed of the increment of the bet numbers how long will it take

as for the timings of announcing it-I think it should be announced even earlier,like 10-14 days before

There will be no additional points for goal time guesses. It is exist just to determine the winner when there are two or more participants that have the same highest points on each match. The max point for each match will be 50. 25 points for predicting the correct winner and another 25 points for guessing the correct score.

This is just my own view based on the previous quarter finals assessment. I could be right and I could be wrong!
