I agree, and maybe it has something to do with you being a new member of Bitsler. A lot of newbie players have experience this during withdrawals as this I think is the way of Bitsler avoiding alt accounts of users or potential fraud getting money out of Bitsler . Submitting a ticket and waiting for their reply in your email is a better way of solving your issue. They are holding your withdrawal for a good reason.

Guys everyone offers different fees, for example local btc exchange service has minimum 3$ fee for sending btc while it's absolutely a lot, really a lot (3$ or 1% of whole amount, the higher one).
Bitsler has great fee systems and nothing is wrong here, you can choose low (0.0002 btc), normal (0.0004 btc) and high (0.0006 btc) fee. Doesn't matters amount of withdraw moneg, will it be 0.01 btc or 5 one, that fee is the max you have pay for, they cover additional fees.

I'm not really sure what wallet you use or when was the last btc transaction you made, but recently btc transaction fee is not that high. I spent less than 5000 satoshi for btc transactions in the last few weeks. So saying deposit 0.001 while the fee is almost the same is exaggerated.

The fees are low but depending on how you are withdrawing the funds it still might use the higher fees.

Yes, I agree with this point. If already lost the money in first deposit and one need to deposit again to gamble then more than 50% people will not continue gambling on that day but they may come back later on. If gambling houses allow low deposits then their profits will go down Wink

Competition should look at Bitsler not the other way around. They should ask why Bitsler have high traffic compared to them.
I don't think people drop by at Bitsler because they want to use the exchange function.
There might be other sites out there that offers low minimum amount to exchange, then let them be on top of that game.
It's just an added function in the site but not really the bread and butter of the site.

It's what they offer and they also explained everything, why do they have that requirements and etc.
By the way what about to contact Baryom?
I haven't heared anyone was uncomfortable with those requirements, maybe that's why they don't change it.

If you don't like the features on their site then just move to the site which you like and spend your money on those games.

I think there are a few reasons for the high deposit limits.

First one is due to fees. If there are too many inputs it will be expensive to send in the future. However
Most of those alts have empty blockchains pretty much.

Second reason can be so they can make more money off you. The more you deposit the more you can lose.

Third being to reduce server load. If too many people are betting pennies then it might slow down the server resources.
