The 96 hours soccer Promo is back!
I had my best betting last week but there was no promo. I felt cheated Grin

Kidding aside, it's nice to have it back. I'm still wondering why there's no event for International club competitions. There are plenty of matches to choose from in the Champions League and Europa League.

One more thing, I haven't seen a Christmas themed promotion. No plans?

it's definitely wrong to call it industry standard ~snipped
The issue here is that Bitsler's support lied to Bitcoinsummoner, presumably causing him to lose money.
Actually, all the crypto sportsbooks I'm aware of do it this way. Concerning Bitcoinsummoner, I'll have look into the conversations as I'm not sure what was said between him/her/other and support. I don't think money was lost seeing as though the bet was refunded but I digress, should reach a resolve/explanation that is satisfactory to everyone pretty soon.

If they got refunded, I don't know why I'm even arguing this  Tongue
Thanks for properly dealing with it! FWIW Sportsbet.io and BetBTC both do it the other way, but the majority definitely do take previous scoring into account.

Anyone from here got it? ~snipped
Seven 7s bet: 42475618886 - $1.23 wager resulting in a $42000 Jackpot at the time.

afaik it means that it was not full 7s.
Jackpot information: To win the maximum JP prizes, the bet must be $10 worth in any cryptocurrency. If the bet is smaller, you get a share based on your bet amount ~snipped
So because the bet was less than $10, the payout was 12.5%.
If his bet was $10 then he would've won around 30 BTC resulting in $341000 at the time.

Perhaps, Bitsler could clarify on this and we can move on onto other casino's related discussion.
Indonesia isn't a restricted territory as seen in our Terms of Service: Section 6.2.2. ISP usage/restrictions is however is completely out of our control and the ISP needs to be enquired about why access is being denied.

Gear icon > Auto-Open Chat Option > deselect | Should at least help with it not reappearing again.

I also want to request that the dice game be sounded as well.
I've gone ahead and added your suggestion to the suggestion list.

How long before you close an account that have no activity?
Terms of Service:  section 15, 12 months.

would you able to add a virtual sports on your website? i'm into virtual sports lately and i find them really entertaining and profitable. also i agree to zidan about the live match on esports specifically in CSGO i really enjoy watching live while placing bets too.

a. The sport rules can be located here: https://www.bitsler.com/en/sports/rules.
b. Just like pre-match bets and bets on Asian totals all goals count for bets on Asian Handicaps. This is industry standard.

For an industry standard, you'd expect major books like bet365, Pinnacle, SBObet to use said standard. They don't. (it does vary by book, but it's definitely wrong to call it industry standard).

Anyway, the issue here isn't whether it's industry standard or not; Bitsler is free to have whatever option they want. The issue here is that Bitsler's support lied to Bitcoinsummoner, presumably causing him to lose money.

One could argue that support and bitcoinsummoner may have had a conversation which unfortunately had some language gap(some of the former support representative, in my opinion, is kind of a challenge to deal with). I personally have given them feedback, which I did not to ridicule but to let them know they have done quite a poor customer assistance. From my observation, these last 2 instances that I have contacted support, I think Bitsler have changed their customer representatives. Not that it will do any good for Bitcoinsummoner's experience, but for the better future player experience in Bitsler.

This is just my spammy opinion.

My bad, I didn't notice the link at the very bottom of the sidebar. It doesn't seem like there's explicit mention of Asian Handicap rules so imo if support told Bitcoinsummoner one thing that wasn't described elsewhere, it's probably the fault of support.

To be honest Bitsler have an "ok" support team, but there are lots of room for improvement. Based on my past inquiries with live support, I would recommend Thomas as he seem to be the best or one of the best in that department.

@Bitcoinsummoner

I guess it would be best to ask Gab? Sorry, I'm not even familiar with the asian-handicap ; as a matter of fact, I thought this is crazy racist term for paralympics held in Asia. lol

Regardless, if support is misleading players (even unintentionally), and stating rules not mentioned elsewhere that have a significant effect on the actual bet, I feel like that's on Bitsler. Generally you'd expect customer support to provide accurate information.

How live Asian Handicaps work on a lot of sportsbooks (and what support supposedly told Bitcoinsummoner) is that they ignore the current score, so if the score was 2-1, and a -0.5 asian handicap was offered on the home team, it's is a "real" -1.5 handicap since the handicap would be relative to the initial score of 2-1.

Well to clear this up, I'm in contact with bitsler support right now. I have Gustavo, and I asked that he personally explain this stuff coz it is not something I can answer with accuracy.

- let us wait for an official statement from them.  Smiley

I directed Isildur to this issue when I saw him on Eng chat yesterday, he said he will look for whoever is knowledgeable with this.
Hope it gets sorted soon, as I got myself into it.

P.S.
also he also said he fix cables now. xD

I was wondering if you could have an option to sell the bets maybe something like the other bookmaker's feature? I find that useful at some point when there's a feeling that I'm going to lose.
It's not present in a regular sportsbook, most popular sportsbook here does not offer that, I think we call that betting exchange.

A few other books using the same odds provider (Sportsbet.io, Stake, Wink, etc) do have a cashout option so it should be very possible for Bitsler to add the feature if they wanted to.
I noticed it too. I really think they should also have this option I sometimes made a mistake in placing a bet and this kind of feature would really help me at least not to bust out all of my bets. I'm good with a little reduction.

Are you familiar with https://www.betfair.com/? I believe they are offering it.

If I'm not mistaken Sportsbet has that but if you sell your bet there were some deduction but it depends on what is happening on the live game if sometimes your bet is losing the deduction is huge.

I like this site,

When another Weekly Bitsler Soccer League Contest?
According to the table I saw for just last week, the tally is not over yet, there is no input for bets on November 30. So no winners have been declared in that promotion yet.  When one round contest is over, then another week opens.  Just wait for now ...

Summing up, the race is probably rigged with Bitsler fake accounts. I did not even complained to admins because it would not solve anything. From that day on I just stopped depositing into Bitsler.

Be careful!
There is really no need for bitsler to keep wagering to win something, I mean they are getting all the money anyway and the small amount of daily wagering they would give out is nothing compared to how much is wagered. However if it will make you feel better, in almost all the wagering contests I have seen ever, last minutes are the important part, I have seen things where people wagered for a whole month and on the last 1 hour someone else just came in and wagered a ton and won.

It is not about who is leading up until the end, it is about who finishes first when the bell rings and many rich people know this and in order to avoid wagering too much they allow others to wager until last hour and came in to destroy all your hopes at the last second to take the win.

I just recently tried out your sports betting I really enjoy playing on your Esports betting since I would have the option to watch it live on the website itself. I really like that feature of yours I hope there would be an option too for football matches.

As far as I know, there would be no problem broadcasting a match unless an event broadcast has been exclusively given to networks which, for Sports is very common.

Edit:

lets wait for bitsler to buy its own football team :3

About the virtual sports or cyber sports I was really curious about that how are you going to verify if that particular games is fair or not, honestly i'm not really into those kind of games I still prefer casino games in which I can verify the game and my bets.

There is a big difference between Virtual sports and Cyber sports. Both are done via the computer, but virtual is quite different. You can't really estimate how such a thing will go, and I don't think the statistics and form of the players that exist. And what about injuries in Virtual games?
